Welcome to this self-acceptance meditation.

I am Ana Barreto and I will be your guide.

This is a space for you to meet yourself with kindness and embrace your vulnerabilities.

Together we will release emotional clutter,

Open a path towards radical self-acceptance,

Let go of things,

People,

And circumstances that don't belong in your space,

And heal the parts of yourselves that are ready to heal.

Let's begin by grounding ourselves and making space for this present moment.

Find a comfortable place where you can dedicate 15 to 20 minutes to yourself.

You can sit or lie down.

Close your eyes gently and take three long and deep breaths.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Let your body settle and with each breath release any tension you might be holding in your body.

Relax your forehead.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your arms.

Relax your entire torso.

Relax your legs and feet.

Begin by bringing your attention to a part of your body you don't like very much.

Any part,

Perhaps it's your hair,

Eyes,

Or stomach.

Any part of your body you wished was different.

Just bring your attention to whatever part of your body you may have neglected or criticized.

With your breath,

Imagine a bright white and pink light coming from your heart and entering this neglected part of your body.

Take four healing and deep breaths.

Breathe in.

Welcome this part of your body back.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

These breath is for forgiving yourself.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Accept this part as it is.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Appreciate and love it back.

Breathe out.

Bring to your attention another part of your body you may have disliked or compared to others.

With your breath,

Imagine a bright white and pink light coming from your heart and entering this disliked part of your body.

Take four healing deep and slow breaths.

Breathe in,

Welcoming it back.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Forgiving yourself.

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Accepting it as it is.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Appreciating it and loving it back.

Breathe out.

Bring your attention to an emotional clutter you may be holding on.

Perhaps it's anger,

Resentment,

Or fear of taking the next step.

Maybe it is deep sadness,

Doubt,

Shame,

Feeling like an imposter,

Or frustration.

It could be related to your career,

Relationships,

Or finance,

Or any other area of your life.

Think of this emotional clutter.

You are ready to let go.

In your mind's eyes,

See yourself in a beautiful,

Large,

Golden mirror.

This mirror is the mirror of truth.

See your beautiful self radiating in the mirror.

We will take four deep breaths to release the emotional clutter that is interfering with your success.

Look yourself in the mirror and see one emotional clutter after another,

Leaving your body,

Going into the sky with each breath.

Take four healing breaths and feel the emotional clutter leave your body.

With each breath out,

Let go of judgment,

Self-criticism,

Guilt,

Anger,

And any emotion that doesn't serve who you are becoming.

Now,

Let's take four deep breaths to feel the space,

The emotional clutter occupied with self-love and radical self-acceptance.

This time,

We are going to inhale through our nose and exhale through our mouth.

Breathe in and see a golden and pink light coming into your body from the top of your head.

Breathe out through your mouth.

You are amazing.

Breathe in and feel the golden and pink light spreading throughout your entire body.

Breathe out through your mouth.

You are a gift to the world.

Breathe in and feel what it feels like to love and accept yourself.

Breathe out through your mouth.

Know that you are loved,

Lovable,

And loving.

Breathe in and see the golden and pink light surrounding you and expand 20 feet around you.

Breathe out.

You are a brilliant light to the world.

Say to yourself,

I see myself clearly now.

I meet my vulnerability with love.

I honor my humanity,

My feelings,

And my journey.

Every day,

In every way,

I accept myself with infinite love.

Take a moment to hear any guidance you have been avoiding.

When you are ready,

You can open your eyes and take any notes you need to take.

You can do this meditation at any time,

Especially when you feel most vulnerable.
