Close your eyes and drop down into your heart space.
And when you drop down into your heart space,
I want you to receive a breath.
But when you receive a breath,
I want you to pull the breath up through your feet into your body.
When you exhale,
Surrender into Gaia.
And feel her support,
Her solidness,
Her vibration beneath your feet.
And as you feel her,
Continue to breathe.
And as you breathe,
I want you to release your grounding cord into her,
Which is your breath.
And your grounding cord will go down,
Down,
Down,
Down through all the layers of the earth into her heart chakra.
And when you release your grounding cord into her heart chakra,
She's setting up,
She's calling them electric crystalline love bubbles.
She's sending these electric crystalline love bubbles through your grounding cord.
And these little bubbles are super playful and they're clearing and cleaning your grounding cord by blessing them,
Blessing the cord itself,
Your energetic cord with love.
So your entire grounding cord is being filled up with these beautiful crystalline heart bubbles that have the vibration of love.
And I want you to allow these bubbles into the cells of your body.
And it's almost as if Gaia is hugging every single cell in your body.
So it's as if you're getting over a trillion hugs from her right now.
I want you to feel the love radiating through you that she has for you.
And as you feel that,
As you sense it,
As you know it,
I want you to breathe deeply.
And as you breathe deeply and stand in your heart space,
You're going to take three nice deep breaths.
And on the third breath,
You're going to notice sense,
Feel or imagine that you've been transported to a beautiful sacred place in nature.
You're safe.
It's the perfect time of day,
The perfect temperature,
And it is magnificent.
And as you're standing in this beautiful place in nature,
You bow down to the ground and you pour love into the earth.
You can feel gratitude radiating through your heart and into Mother Earth.
I want you to imagine there's a stream of love and light coming from your heart into the earth.
And the earth,
This beautiful place in nature starts to glow with your love for Mother Earth.
And you start expressing gratitude for everything you're grateful for that Mother Earth,
That Gaia provides to you each and every day.
And not only to you,
But to the animals,
To the atmosphere,
To other souls,
To other beings.
Express as much gratitude as you possibly can.
Express it from the heart,
Feel it radiating through the cells of your body as you do this.
And then as you pour love into her,
Our community is united.
And as a community,
Our connection and our blessings that are pouring into her amplifies.
And I want you to imagine as if we're standing in a circle all around the world and we're radiating love,
We're pouring love from our heart space into her.
And this love is transmuting and uplifting dark energy,
Lower vibrational energy.
It's uplifting the chaos and the confusion that's in the collective.
We are assisting Gaia to transmute this by just sending love into her.
We pour more and more love.
And that love radiates light.
And it's like an echo that radiates through her,
Through her layers,
Through her support,
Through her crystalline kingdom,
Through the world,
Through the planet,
Through the atmosphere.
Where she starts glowing with love from us as a community.
And we just keep pouring more and more and more and more blessings into her by just expressing love and gratitude.
And then I'm being encouraged to encourage you to make some sort of offering.
And we are offering her love,
But if there's anything else that you would like to offer her,
Please do so.
Remember,
It can be very,
Very simple.
It doesn't have to be complicated.
And as you make that offer,
Gaia will start to receive it with open arms.
And you might even be sensing her energy or feeling her energy all around you,
Or she might be standing right before you or next to you.
If you're sensing her,
Reach out your arms and give her a hug.
Allow her to embrace you.
And she's going to gift you with a message.
