Hello and welcome to Day 5 of Radiance.
Sit comfortably,
If you'd like close your eyes Take a nice deep breath in.
Sign out.
Begin to turn your attention inward.
And as you focus upon yourself,
Say hello.
Say hello to your body.
Say hello to yourself.
Noticing how you're showing up today.
How do you feel?
What's here with you in this moment,
Physically?
Emotionally.
Or mentally.
And we'll do a little check-in again at the end to see if things feel different.
So from here,
I want you to take your hands out alongside your body.
And then just turn your palms upward.
And as you breathe in,
I want you to take your arms and stretch them way up overhead.
Just take a nice deep breath in.
Maybe a little wiggle of your fingers at the top.
And then as you breathe out,
Just let your arms float all the way back down.
And we're going to do that twice more.
So you're just breathing in,
Letting your arms float overhead.
And you can do this really gently.
Where you can be dynamic and really stretch it out.
Breathing out,
The arms float down.
And just do that one more time.
Just take a breath.
Let your arms reach up.
Stretch out.
Maybe even lifting your gaze upward,
Reaching up and down.
This time,
As you exhale,
I want you to bring your hands down through center.
Let your palms touch and bring your hands slowly,
Slowly,
Slowly lowering them down through center.
And let your hands come to your belly.
And as your hands come to your belly,
Really let them hold your belly.
And let your belly take up space.
Let your belly fill up your hands so you're totally relaxing your belly and you could even give your belly a little shake with your hands and then breathe into your belly.
And feel the belly.
Expand even more into your hands.
Breathe out,
Noticing the belly.
Contracting or withdrawing a little bit.
And then adjust if you need to adjust your arms,
Adjust your hands so that your arms and hands can really be relaxed,
But they're still holding your belly.
So for me,
I have my left hand kind of holding the lower belly and then my right hand is above that,
Holding my upper belly.
And my arms are just relaxed.
In this position.
And just keep feeling the breath moving in and out of this space of your belly.
There is so much vitality living in your belly.
There is ire in your belly.
Now that fire might just be a little ember.
Holding the potential of a raging fire.
Or in this moment,
Maybe you feel like your belly is raging with lots of fire.
What is it for you right now?
Does your belly feel fiery?
Or do you feel just a small,
Maybe a little spark,
A little ember in your belly?
This elemental energy of fire that lives in this space of our belly fuels our digestion,
Our ability to process.
Everything that we take in.
And to process it and potentially use it.
As a source of energy.
Or to process it and simply let it go if it's not something that we can utilize.
And we're giving attention to our belly and to this process of digestion.
Because it's important.
And you may not do it on the daily.
You may eat and take in so much of life without realizing.
How it's being processed inside of you.
So now that you've slowed down and you're attuning to this process,
To your belly,
To your inner fire,
And your ability to digest life and food.
How's it going?
How's it going in there?
What do you sense?
What do you feel?
And even more importantly.
.
.
What do you need?
Ask your belly.
What do I need?
To feel vital and alive and radiant in my life.
What do I need to be empowered?
In who I am.
Keep breathing.
With curiosity,
Breathing and listening to the intelligence that lives here in your gut.
And as we wrap up this practice today,
I invite you to stay attuned,
Stay connected to your belly,
Your gut,
Your inner fire,
This process of digesting what you take in.
And collaborate with your belly today.
Be mindful of what it's telling you.
As you move into whatever is next for you.
Let your belly know you are listening,
You are paying attention to it.
Take just a couple more breaths and if it feels right drop your chin a little bit and just smile smile from the external,
Your mouth,
To the internal,
Your guts,
Your belly.
See if you can feel a little internal smile through all of these digestive organs that your belly holds.
And say thank you to your belly.
And say thank you to.
Your whole self for free.
Engaging in this practice today.
I thank you for being here.
I look forward to meeting you.
Doing this again.
Tomorrow for day six.
Have a beautiful rest of your day.
