Connect With Your Spiritual Team For A Successful Day

Start your day feeling aligned with your spiritual support team. Explore a meditation practice utilizing affirmations designed to strengthen your connection with your body, higher self, spiritual guides, angels, ancestors, and the whole Universe. This practice will help transform your mornings into a sacred ritual of connection and empowerment!

Good morning and welcome to this practice to help you align with your spiritual support team which includes your own inner resources like your body as well as your higher self and also support outside of you like your spirit guides, Angels, Your ancestors, As well as the power of the universe. I'll be guiding you to connect to all of these today so let's dive in and get started. You can come into a comfortable seat. Feel free to close your eyes and making a connection with your breath. Taking a deep inhalation through the nose and then just sighing out through an open mouth. Do that twice more breathing in deeply letting your body be energized with your breath and then sighing out letting go and feeling your body beginning to relax and settle. Let's do that one more time deep breath in through your nose complete breath out through an open mouth arriving here fully in the present moment and then just in your own unique way say hello to yourself this morning. Turning your attention inward greeting yourself and just noticing how that feels and then allowing yourself to turn your attention outward and greet your day. You could even greet the Sun, Greet the earth, Greet the universe and then come back to your breath and begin to breathe in and out through the nose in a slow consistent way. Letting your attention move back to you and once again going inward connecting with yourself and feeling the breath flowing into your body and feeling the breath flowing out of your body. We'll be beginning here within you connecting with the support of your body. Feel free to repeat these words after me silently or out loud. I align now with my body. I awaken every cell of my body and receive its support. May it share its wisdom with me throughout the day through sensations and feelings and may I have the ability and the courage to listen to the language of my body. I awaken and activate this support right here right now. Take a nice deep breath into your body feeling this alignment with it acknowledging that your body is an intelligent vessel that houses you and that it's constantly communicating to you information about yourself information about what's happening in your external environment and the more you tune in and listen to your sensations your feelings your gut reactions your heart the more you can be guided from this level of support. Take one more breath breathing in and out and let's next align with our higher self. This is the big expansive version of us that can see a bit more of what's really going on. This part of us is able to take in the big perspective about us about our life about different experiences and this part of us can truly offer us deep wisdom deep knowing and through our intuition we can be guided by our higher self. So again repeat these words after me silently or out loud I align now with my higher self the part of me that is expansive and sees the big picture about me and my life I awaken this alignment and connection with my higher self now so that it's wisdom can guide me through my intuition throughout the day ahead. Take a nice deep breath in and a complete breath out sense into this expansive part of you that holds the big picture that can see more than what your human self can see beautiful take one more breath here breathing in and out and now I'll guide you to connect consciously with support outside of you starting with your spirit team your spirit team may be angels spirit guides you may have a spiritual healing master that exists in the non-physical dimension your spirit team can include ancestors those that you've been close to who have passed who now guide you from the other side and offer you support so take a nice full breath breathing in and breathing out hear my words as if they're your own or feel free to repeat them after me silently or out loud I call forth and align with my spirit team the angels working on my behalf my spirit guides that serve in my highest and best interest my healing master that is always helping me come into optimal health and well-being and any ancestors who are here with me now guiding me from the other side I awaken to this spiritual support team and welcome their presence in my day and welcome their guidance throughout my day so taking a nice deep breath breathing in breathing out noticing how that feels to connect to this part of your support team can you receive their energy can you feel them surrounding you wanting what's best for you wanting to guide you and help you as you move throughout your day feel free to call upon them feel free to ask for help when you need it feel free to request the guidance that you seek now lastly we're gonna align with the power of the universe so you may want to just let your awareness spread out letting your awareness move in all directions connecting with the energy of the universe that's all around you and again hear my words as your own or feel free to repeat these after me I align now with the power of the universe may this alignment and connection with the universe serve my highest and best interest may I flow with the universe today in a way that positively impacts me and my life and the world around me may this alignment with the universe uplift all starting right now so taking a deep breath in and out feeling how you are part of all that is the universe has a great plan for you the universe has a flow for you to dip into and move with the universe wants to dance with you remember this collaboration between you and the universe as you move throughout the rest of your day take one more deep breath in complete breath out slowly begin to bring your attention back to yourself taking your attention into your body remembering all of these layers of support remembering your entire spiritual support team is here for you starting with your body your higher self the angels spirit guides and ancestors working on your behalf from the other side as well as the great expansive universe of all that is receive this support ask questions ask for guidance ask for what you need today thanks for joining us have a beautifully supported day ahead
