Transcript

Take a nice deep breath in and hold it for just a few seconds.

And as you slowly exhale,

Close your eyes down if you haven't already,

And begin to relax.

Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.

And one more deep breath in,

Slowly exhale.

Release any tension and just make the choice to let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Relaxing now,

Continuing to breathe slowly,

Easily,

And naturally.

And now imagine a relaxing,

Peaceful energy moving into the top of your head,

Bringing a deep sense of relaxation to every part of your being.

Feel it moving into your scalp,

Down through your face and neck,

Your jaw relaxes and unclenches.

Peaceful,

Relaxing feelings moving into your neck and shoulders,

Down through your back,

Through your stomach,

Down through your waist.

Moving into your legs now,

And all the way out to the tips of your toes.

Letting go.

From head to toe,

Your body feels loose and limp and relaxed.

It feels good to take a few minutes out of your day just for you.

You feel calm and peaceful as this peaceful energy grows stronger and stronger,

Taking you deeper and deeper into pleasant relaxation.

This peaceful energy fills every cell in your body.

You let go of any tension.

You let go of any uneasy feelings or thoughts that are not serving you.

You let go.

And now imagine that this peaceful energy has expanded outside of your body and it begins to surround you and radiate out from you like the rays of the sun.

You feel energized,

Yet calm and focused.

You feel grounded,

And a deep sense of peace and well-being fills you on every level.

Feeling positive,

Calm,

And peaceful.

You radiate these peaceful feelings to everyone that you come in contact with today.

You feel connected to this peaceful energy,

No matter what is going on around you.

In a moment I will count to three,

And you will gently come to your full awareness when I get to the number three.

So number one,

Feel yourself returning to your full awareness.

Number two,

Coming back feeling energized,

Yet calm and peaceful.

And number three,

Open your eyes,

Feeling renewed and refreshed,

Ready to go about your day.

Stretch,

Smile,

And breathe.
