Settle in and make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes down and take a nice deep breath in and hold it for a couple of seconds and then let go.

Add another deep breath in,

Holding it for a couple of seconds,

Then slowly exhaling,

Relaxing,

Settling in.

And one more deep breath in,

Holding it for a few seconds and letting go.

Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Breathing normally and naturally now,

Allowing my voice to guide you into a comfortable,

Peaceful state of relaxation.

You have already made the decision to take time for yourself now.

So for now,

Allow yourself to let go of anything that can be dealt with later.

Be here now and relax.

It feels good to take time for yourself,

To let go.

There is nothing for you to do right now.

Your mind automatically listens to this meditation.

So just let go,

Let go,

Let go.

Your body is sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Your mind knows exactly what to do to relax.

And just imagine that there's a warm wave of relaxation filling every part of you,

Moving from the top of your head down to your neck and shoulders,

Down through your arms and all the way out to the tips of your fingers.

Feel your body relaxing,

Letting go,

Down through your chest and your stomach,

Moving through your back,

Every muscle,

Every tissue,

Every part of your being is relaxing.

It feels good to relax,

Drifting down,

Moving through your waist and down your legs,

All the way out to the tips of your toes.

You allow this relaxation to fill every cell of your body,

Every muscle,

Every tissue,

Every fiber of your being is letting go.

This relaxing feeling even moves into the space around you.

Feeling your entire body with a peaceful,

Relaxing energy.

Drift,

Dream,

Float.

The deeper you go,

The more you enjoy it.

And just as your body is relaxed,

You allow all of your thoughts to relax,

Thoughts gently slowing down,

Mind relaxing,

Every thought drifting you deeper and deeper,

Drifting,

Floating,

Relaxing.

From this place of relaxation and letting go,

You become aware of the deep sense of peace that you feel.

We feel nurtured and whole,

Connected,

Calm.

These feelings fill you on every level,

Deep within you,

Filling your cells,

Filling your energy systems,

All parts of you are deeply connected now and always to this inner place of peace.

Relaxing allows your body to rest and as your body rests,

Your immune system strengthens.

Your immune system is able to rid your body of sickness and infection,

Healing wounds and healing sickness.

By giving it attention and taking time to rest,

You are strengthening your immune system,

Allowing it to do what it is designed to do.

And because your immune system is so powerful,

Your physical body is becoming healthier and healthier and your energy is becoming strong and healthy.

And when you are strong and healthy,

You feel good in your body.

You have strong life force energy within you and around you.

When you are sick,

You may have doubted your ability to be well,

To heal,

But you now release all doubt and fears about your ability to be well.

You are healing.

You are healing.

You are healing.

Your immune system is powerful and your immune system rid your body of sickness and infection.

It protects you.

And in order to give it a boost and ensure that your immune system functions accurately and at full capacity,

In a moment,

I'm going to have you use your imagination to imagine your immune system as a metaphor or a symbol.

You might imagine your immune system as a miniature army fighting the sickness or perhaps a pleasant healing color or sound that moves through your body,

Healing you of all sickness.

Maybe even a filter that filters out all infection and sickness.

Whatever you imagine is right for you.

And so now take a moment to imagine your immune system.

You can use a metaphor or a symbol like I described before,

Allow it to become clear.

Trust yourself.

Whatever comes to mind works for you.

Allow more details to emerge.

Notice if your immune system has a color.

Does it have any sounds?

Notice if there are any pleasant sensations that you can feel.

You may even notice that there's a scent to it that you can smell.

Just let it come in.

Whatever you imagine is right for you.

Imagine that your immune system is working through every cell in your body.

Going into all parts of your body from the very top of your head down to the tips of your toes and to every part of you.

It even moves to the area surrounding your body,

Cleansing all the energy around you.

Your immune system rid you of all infection easily and efficiently.

It has an intelligence that knows exactly what to do.

And you can feel your immune system eliminating all infection and all sickness from you.

Imagine what it looks like as your immune system eliminates all infection and all sickness from your body.

Listen closely and imagine any sounds that your immune system makes as it eliminates all infection and sickness from your body.

Your immune system continues to work every moment to keep you healthy and strong.

We thank your immune system for keeping you healthy and for fighting off any infection or sickness.

This is your unique immune system.

It is a part of you and you are in charge of it.

And in order to strengthen it,

In your mind say to yourself,

My immune system keeps me healthy.

My immune system keeps me healthy.

My immune system keeps me healthy.

Imagine your immune system is winning and it is winning because you strengthen and support your immune system in many positive ways.

You allow your body to rest when it needs it.

You now begin to listen to your immune system and you know automatically when you need to rest.

Imagine yourself going about your day and becoming aware that you need to rest.

And imagine yourself taking the time to rest and relax.

Maybe it's a nap or a meditation or maybe just sitting down and closing your eyes for a few moments.

You also provide energy and fuel to your immune system through what you eat and drink,

Providing strength and support.

Imagine yourself throughout your day eating healthy things and drinking healthy liquids.

And as you do,

Your immune system is given a powerful boost of energy and strength.

Your immune system is energized and strong.

Even when you are awake and active,

Your immune system continuously protects you and rid your body of sickness.

You sense your immune system is ridding your body of all sickness and all infection.

And as it does,

You feel more energy.

You feel more strength.

And you begin to feel better in your body.

And now take a moment to imagine yourself as feeling perfectly healthy,

Strong,

Energized.

And notice what you look like when you are healthy.

Notice how you feel and the activities that you enjoy when you are healthy.

And imagine the things that you say to others and that others say to you when you are healthy.

Your immune system cleanses and strengthens all parts of you.

Imagine your body as a light,

Strongly shining with health,

Energy,

And strength.

And your light is so strong that it shines out all around you,

About 30 to 50 feet out in all directions.

It's as if you are in a giant bubble of energy and light.

You feel energized and cleansed.

The journey to health and well-being is happening now.

Even when you are not aware,

Your immune system is always working to protect you and heal you.

And you are feeling better and better and better.

In a moment,

I will count to the number five and gently bring you to your full conscious awareness.

Pleasant and easy,

Calm and peaceful,

Ready for whatever comes next for you.

Number one,

Slowly,

Easily and gently returning to your full conscious awareness.

Number two,

Feeling rested,

Rejuvenated,

And refreshed.

Number three,

Begin to gently move your body as you come back to your full conscious awareness.

Number four,

On the next number I count,

You will open your eyes,

Feeling rested,

Refreshed,

And ready for whatever comes next for you.

Number five,

Open your eyes,

Take a nice deep breath in,

Stretch,

And smile.
