Let's start with some deep breaths to get grounded,
To get rooted and to get relaxed.
As you breathe in try and pay attention to your breath.
The inhale and the exhale and your chest gently going up and down.
Take a deep breath in for four seconds and release slowly.
Take another deep breath in for four seconds and release.
Take one more deep breath in and slowly and gently release.
Inquility and calm flows toward you,
It surrounds you,
It embraces you with gentle care.
You are special.
You are unique.
Remember there is no one else just like you.
And each and every moment is an opportunity for change,
For growth,
For love and for happiness.
Just like a gentle breeze you too can become calm and still.
Just like a lake so peaceful and so still that it looks like a mirror to the sky above,
You too can achieve this peace.
And just like the clouds that are gently floating above,
You can gently unwind and allow yourself to be free,
To feel free and to own your calm.
In this moment say,
I am in a state of ease and flow.
With every breath I allow myself to be free.
I allow the feeling of goodness,
Safety and harmonious peace to embrace me.
I will sleep peacefully.
Now it's time to release.

This is the time to unwind and let go of anything that might be bothering you.
Let's imagine for a moment that there is a golden pill hovering in front of you.
It has beautiful crystals adorning it.
It is just magnificent.
For the next few moments,
You are going to imagine each concern floating out of your head one at a time and going into the golden pill.
Now envision this golden pill floating away from you.
It's floating out your open window.
It's floating down the street now.
It's floating out of your neighborhood until it finally reaches a beautiful calm river.
The bucket is slowly tipping over and your worries or fears are being released into the water.
Thank you water for your beauty and for taking these worries away.
Make sure you are in a relaxing position.
Let's start to unwind this beautiful body of yours.
Let's start with your toes.
Just become aware of them.
Bring your attention to them.
Bring attention to your feet and allow your toes and your feet to become relaxed as if they are falling asleep.
Let's move to your ankles and to your calves.
Become aware of their presence,
Of their beauty and allow them to unwind.
Now your thighs.
Bring gentle awareness to them.
Feel them.
Admire them.
And allow your thighs and your hips to just lay there and relax and unwind.
Your pelvic area,
Your hips,
Your stomach,
Your middle section of your body.
Allow this middle region to just settle and nestle into the bed.
Become aware of your chest and your shoulders and your arms.
Let them just unwind and fall asleep.
Release them.
Release all tension.
Wiggle your fingers.
Become aware of them and then gently put them back down.
And then your neck.
Become aware of your neck and allow the muscles in your body and your neck to just relax and to sink into the bed.
And then move up to your face and your face muscles and your head and your ears and your lips.
Just become aware of them.
And allow them to just release and fall asleep and to get heavy.
Your whole body is nestling into the bed.
Your whole body is sinking gently,
A little heavier and a little heavier into your bed.
You are blending and becoming one with your bed,
With comfort and with peaceful,
Blissful sleep.
Let them just relax and fall asleep.
