Before we begin,
I would like for you to think of a question that you are looking for an answer to.
Ask the question in your mind.
Once you have found the question you are meant to ask,
Let your mind relax and let the question go.
Find a comfortable seat for what you need at this moment.
You may sit or lie down any way that your body is asking of you.
Relax,
Be still and start to notice your breath moving throughout the body to your head,
Your shoulders,
Your hands,
Your hips,
Your knees,
Your ankles,
And your feet.
And stillness.
The third eye chakra,
Ajnu chakra,
Is where we can truly transcend duality.
We start to move into a high divine space with the sixth chakra.
The third eye governs our intellect and our imagination.
It controls our power of thought.
Gently bring your breath to the third eye chakra,
Which is located in the center of your forehead,
Just above your eyebrows.
Slowly begin to send your breath to this space.
Now imagine a beautiful blue glowing spiral that radiates light 360 degrees.
This vibrant blue light expands and contracts with every breath,
Every inhale,
Every exhale.
This glowing blue spiral begins to spin and gain strength.
As it spins faster and faster,
The light radiates throughout your entire body,
Cleansing your soul with a healing calm and a quiet sense of peace.
Any thoughts swimming around in the mind are still.
They are led away by this beautiful swirling blue light.
Thoughts and feelings go,
Perceptions and experiences.
All of the issues of our daily life calmly flow away,
Led by this healing blue radiating spiral of light.
The mind is free,
Peaceful,
Crystal clear.
You begin to see yourself as whole.
With each breath,
You deepen your connection with your higher self and divine nature.
Rest in this awareness.
As your mind continues in the blissful connection with the divine,
Go ahead and ask your question that you thought of at the beginning of this meditation.
Without searching for any answer,
Just rest and allow.
The answer may come now or unfold with time.
Release all expectations.
With gratitude and loving kindness for yourself and your practice,
Begin to bring your breath back to the body.
Begin to feel the weight of your body.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Send your breath to your feet,
Your shins,
Your knees,
Your hips,
Your belly,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your head,
And finally to your third eye.
Take a deep breath in and say to yourself,
I am fully present here and now.
Softly and slowly open your eyes.
