Hello and welcome to this two-minute grounding practice.

To begin,

Come to a seat,

Preferably on the floor.

You can sit with your knees together,

You can bolster your hips up with a towel or a block,

However you feel most comfortable.

And then when you're ready,

Take your peace fingers of both hands out to the side and press them down into the earth beneath you.

From here,

Let's take three deep breaths together.

First,

Exhaling everything out.

Inhale.

Hold at the top.

Exhale.

Hold at the bottom.

Inhale.

Hold at the top.

Exhale.

Hold at the bottom.

Last one.

Inhale.

Sip in a little more air.

Holding and exhaling through the mouth.

We'll take a moment of stillness and silence.

When you're ready,

Bring your palms together at your heart center.

Thank yourself for taking the time.

Show gratitude and namaste.
