This is a version of the Lovingkindness Meditation and also includes the Heart Connection Breathwork method with peaceful guitar, piano, and string music in the background. The guided meditation ends around ten minutes with around ten more minutes of just music playing so the practitioner can continue to meditate on their own or drift off to sleep. The music was composed by my brother, Andrew Pierce, for my meditation tracks and for my yoga videos.

Namaste.

Welcome to the loving kindness meditation,

Also combined with heart connection breath work.

Go ahead and find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

Something that is so comfortable that you will be able to remain as still as possible,

So that you can focus on the breath work and meditation.

Start to breathe deeply into and out of the nose.

Each inhale completely fills up the lungs.

You take your time on each exhale.

Simply noticing the rise and fall of the chest.

Next place both hands over the heart.

Close the eyes if that feels safe and fill your heart beat in your hands.

Continuing to fill up the lungs and take time with every exhale.

As you continue to breathe,

Feeling the heart beat in your hands,

Perhaps try to see if you can hear your heart beat.

Perhaps you can.

Perhaps you can.

All that matters is that you try.

You can recite the next part out loud or to yourself.

May I be happy.

May I be peaceful.

May I be free from pain.

May I be healthy and strong.

Let the words sink in.

Feel the meaning in your heart.

Breathing into and out of the nose.

Slowly and mindfully continuing to feel the heart beat as well as listening for the heart.

Visualize all of your loved ones surrounding you with love.

Loved ones can be the ones that you have lost or those still living or accommodation.

It could be loved pets or people,

Long lost friends,

Old teachers,

Anybody from any point in your life that truly made you feel loved and seen,

Understood and supported.

Visualize them surrounding you now with love,

Support,

Guidance and encouragement.

Hear their words,

Feel their love and recite this with them.

May we feel joyous.

May we be peaceful.

May our hearts be filled with love and free from pain.

May we feel joyous.

May we be peaceful.

May we be peaceful.

May we feel joyous.

May we be peaceful.

And last we are going to visualize the entire world.

So we are in outer space looking down upon the earth.

We can see the earth as an entire globe below us.

Envisioning all people and beings on the earth.

Reciting to yourself and with everyone in the world.

May the world feel joyous.

May the world be peaceful.

May everyone's heart be filled with love.

And be free from pain.

Let the words sink in to the mind.

Feel them in your heart.

Come back to the breath.

Breathing into and out of the nose.

Slowly and mindfully.

Feeling your heart beat in your hands.

Listening for the sounds of your heart.

With every inhale fill up the lungs and envision the air circling around the heart like a hug.

Slowly release the air.

And inhale.

And exhale.

Continuing to breathe and let the sounds in your breath and the love that you feel take you away.

Feel free to continue as the music will continue to play.

Let the words sink in to the mind.

And be free from pain.
