And as you exhale,
It softens.
Pranamaya kosha,
The breath body feel the expansion of your inhale,
The softening of your exhale.

The mind,
Heart,
Body,
The space that holds the feelings,
Happy,
Sad,
Angry,
Delighted,
Self-doubt,
Confidence.
Tune,
Turn into how you feel.

The wisdom body,
The gut of intuition,
That deep inner knowing,
The space of trust.
All the way to the center of your core for the ananda maya kosha.
This is infinite bliss.
Feel at your core center,
Your nature of ananda,
Bliss,
Joy,
Peace,
And happiness.
Feel it from the inside out.
Just smile so big here,
Full of joy,

Bliss.
From the inside out,
