Welcome.
Find your way into a comfortable seated position.
Preferably sit up onto a block,
Bolster,
Or prop.
Something that allows you to elevate your hips higher than your knees.
Place your hands onto your thighs with your palms face up.
Settle your sitting bones down into the earth with your elbows back near your ribcage and relaxed.
Lengthen your side body long.
As you extend up and out through the crown of your head,
Slightly tuck your chin toward your chest.
With a strong posture,
Move your shoulders toward your spine,
Lift your heart up toward your chin,
And allow your face to soften as you bring your awareness to your breath.
Shift your awareness now to the crown of your head,
The Sahara,
The energetic field above the top of your head.
And you can start to imagine here a spinning white light of energy,
And this ball of white energy above your head showering you,
Your entire body in white light.
With your awareness here above your head,
The crown,
Repeat with me,
I am divine.
I am one with creation.
I am.
I am divine.
I am one with creation.
I am.
May this white light continue to shower you as you feel the connection,
The oneness to that which created you.
To that spark that brought you here,
The energy of something greater than ourselves.
You may start to sense a feeling of interconnectedness to all of life as you focus on your crown chakra,
Your connection to spirit.
Each time that you notice your mind wander and go somewhere else,
Witness that wandering awareness comes back to the aura,
The energetic feel above your head,
The interconnectedness to all things that which is life,
That which is divine,
That which is greater than.
As you bring the awareness here to the crown,
The energetic field of oneness,
May you strengthen your ability to trust your intuition.
May you know,
May you know that you are more than this body and this mind as you focus on the white energy,
The source of creation located above the crown of your head.

Continue to focus your energy on your crown chakra,
The Sahara above your head,
White energetic field,
The space of oneness,
Divine creation,
The seat of intuition,
And your deeper knowing that you are more than your body,

The white light above you showers you and bathes you and allows you to remember that you are connected to all things.
