Hello,

Welcome.

Welcome to the evening guided meditation on gratitude.

You can come into a comfortable seated position if you choose or lie down onto your back.

From whatever position that you desire in this moment,

Settle into your breath.

As you allow your awareness to shift into your breath,

Let go of your day.

Let go of your day and come into the moment through the awareness of your breath.

There's nothing else that you need to do today.

Simply allow yourself to bask in the evening.

And in this moment,

Can you feel a sense of appreciation and gratitude that your day is complete?

A feeling,

A sense of gratitude that your day is complete.

With your awareness at your breath,

Continue to breathe in and out of your nose and think of something that happened today that you're grateful for.

And what is it that it brought you?

How did it make you feel?

Why do you have a sense of appreciation for this?

What is this that which came to your mind?

Allow you to feel.

And from that feeling space,

A deep sense of gratitude and appreciation.

As you bring your awareness to something else,

Something that happened today,

Perhaps something that your body did for you,

Or the way the Sun shined,

Or a conversation that you had,

Or healthy abundant food that you were able to eat.

What is something else that occurred today that you can feel gratitude for?

What does that make you feel?

If it was the warm sunshine or your legs or good abundant food,

How does that make you feel as you bring your awareness to gratitude for something,

Something else that happened today?

And every time you find a sense of gratitude for something,

Remind yourself of how that thing made you feel.

As you bring your awareness to something else,

Something today that occurred that you're grateful for,

And how does that make you feel as you give thanks for something today that you're grateful for?

And throughout your mind's awareness,

Remembering the events that occurred today,

And that which you have to be grateful for right now as you end your day,

Settle into a deep sense of gratitude.

For the more that we develop an attitude of gratitude,

The more we attract things in our life to be grateful for.

As you settle into the end of your day,

Reflect on all that you have to be grateful for and how it makes you feel.

When your mind shifts,

Come back,

Come back to the things that you can develop a sense of gratitude for,

For the events that occurred throughout your day today.

Just keep bringing your awareness back to all that which you have to be grateful for.

When your mind shifts,

Come back,

Come back to all that you have to appreciate in this moment.

Stay in this space for as long as you can,

And reflect on all that which you have to be grateful for in this moment right now.

For as we focus on what we're grateful for,

We attract more to be grateful for.

Continue to curate an attitude of gratitude,

And I wish you a beautiful evening.

From my heart to yours,

Namaste.
