Join me in this guided relaxation practice, designed for in the sauna. This track uses the mindfulness technique of the body scan, to pay attention to a specific body part, then consciously relaxing that body part. This meditation is 20 minutes, and there's also a premium version of 30 minutes available in the premium tracks. You'll leave this meditation feeling calm, relaxed, and grounded. You can also do this meditation after you've finished your workout and it doesn't have to necessarily be performed in the sauna. I hope you enjoy this meditation as much as I enjoyed crafting it.
