This kundalini sequence is designed to work on the solar plexus and help improve your confidence. By doing this exercise regularly, you will activate your chakra and strengthen that connection so you can make inspired decisions from your inner voice. This sequence includes breath work, Kriyas, and Mantra meditation.

Hi and welcome to today's Kundalini meditation exercise.

My name is Emondine and I will be your guide.

Let's start by tuning in,

Shall we?

First sit comfortably with your eyes closed and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Inhale through the nose and exhale all your tensions through your mouth.

Very nice.

Take another few deep breaths and feel your body relax.

Now let's chant the Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo mantra three times to align with your higher self and the wisdom within you.

Ready?

Inhale Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo Very nice.

Now let's do some breathing exercise.

We will do the alternate nostril breathing.

Remain seated and using your right hand to control your breath,

Put your hands as follow.

You will close your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale deeply for your left nostril.

Then close your left nostril with your right finger and exhale through your right nostril.

Again inhale through the right nostril and close it and exhale through the left one.

Continue this alternative breathing pattern,

Inhaling through the right nostril and exhaling through the other.

We will do this exercise for the next five minutes.

You may feel one of your nostrils being more clogged than the other.

It is perfectly normal.

Do not hesitate to use a tissue to help you with a few first cycles,

But you will notice how soon both nostrils are clear and the breathing pattern becomes flawless.

If your mind starts to wonder,

It is perfectly normal.

Just bring it back to the breathing exercise and the air coming in from one nostril to the other.

Wonderful.

Now,

Let's activate your solar plexus.

Place your hands on your solar plexus,

The area right above your navel.

Take deep breaths into your solar plexus,

Imagining a warm golden light filling this area with each inhalation.

And as you exhale,

Visualize any stagnant energy or emotions being released and transformed.

Nice.

Continue this practice for the next three minutes,

Filling your solar plexus,

Radiating with vitality and confidence.

As we did with the breathing exercise,

If your mind starts to wonder,

Gently bring it back to your breath and that beautiful radiating light taking over your solar plexus and energizing it.

Wonderful.

How are you feeling?

Stay in this energy and feel your solar plexus being full of energy,

Fully activated.

Appreciate how at peace you are after this exercise.

Now let's move on to Sudarshan Chakra Kriya.

Remain seated with your spine straight and your eyes closed.

And bring your awareness at the point between your eyebrows.

Exhale deeply through your nose for a count of four,

Mentally chanting the mantra,

SET.

Hold your breath for the count of four and mentally chant the mantra,

NAM.

And exhale through your nose for a count of four,

Mentally chanting the mantra,

SET.

Finally,

Hold your breath for a count of four and chant the mantra,

NAM,

In your head.

SET NAM SET NAM SET NAM SET NAM Keep repeating this breathing pattern known as Sudarshan Chakra Kriya for the next four minutes.

SET NAM SET NAM SET NAM SET NAM SET NAM Wonderful.

How are you feeling?

Let's move on to a mantra and meditation exercise.

Bring your awareness to your breath and allow your energy to settle.

Let's use the Kundalini mantra,

HÖR,

For this exercise.

Silently or softly chant the mantra,

HÖR,

With each inhale and exhale,

Feeling its vibration throughout your being.

Sing it as such.

HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR Continue this meditation with this mantra for the next two minutes.

Feel the sense of harmony and connection it provides.

HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR HÖR Wonderful.

Now let's close our session.

Take a deep breath in and exhale fully to release any remaining tension or thoughts.

Nice.

Now bring your hands to your heart center and chant,

Sat Nam Wants,

To express gratitude and honor your true essence.

Are you ready?

Inhale.

Sat Nam When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying the peaceful energy of the meditation with you.

You may remain seated,

Enjoying this energy for as long as you want,

And make sure to bring it everywhere the rest of this day leads you to.
