This is a heart-opening sound bath meditation designed to help you relax and drift off to a good night's sleep. During the first 5 minutes, you will hear my voice here to guide your attention to your breath and the notes coming from the singing bowls. After that, you'll enjoy 15 minutes of a sound bath.

Hi and welcome to tonight's sound healing evening break.

Your moment of peace and serenity to restore yourself and practice self-care.

Tonight we will focus on opening our heart and letting go of what doesn't serve us while relaxing into a deep and restful sleep.

But first let's ground ourselves into this moment with three deep breaths.

Take a big breath in through the nose and a slow deep exhale through the mouth.

If you're feeling any tensions in your body,

I want you to bring your awareness on that area and breathe in the air into that area.

And as you breathe out,

Slowly feel those tensions simply melting away.

Nice.

Final deep breath in and let go of everything.

I want you now to keep your awareness on your breath and as the ball sings,

When you inhale bring the healing vibration of those balls in your heart.

And when you exhale,

Watch their healing energy expand in you.

With every breath the breath cycles,

Watch those vibrations gain more and more ground within.

Watch them take over your chest.

Those vibrations are filled with peace,

Love,

Serenity,

And everything they touch becomes light and fully relaxed like a cotton ball.

The vibrations are taking over your arms,

Your shoulders,

Your belly.

Soon they reach your hips,

Your legs,

Slowly and surely getting to your feet and toes.

And also taking over your head.

Feel them cleaning your body from every tensions this day may have brought to you.

Any thought goes away and leaves room for this peace,

This serenity,

This healing.

Feel how light and peaceful your entire body is.

Feel it buzz in harmony and pure bliss.

I would like you to bring your awareness to the sound.

Feel each note echo inside of you.

Know that you're here in a safe space and you can let your mind go to peace and just feel the moment.

Feel those notes guide you slowly but surely to a deep state of relaxation into the doors of the dream world.

As you fully embrace the notes,

Your mind may want to wonder if that is the case.

Simply bring it back to the sound.

This is where I'll let you drift off.
