Whether you’re grieving the loss of love, the version of yourself you were with them, or simply the dream that never bloomed, you are not alone. Let this be your moment to exhale. To feel, to release, and to begin returning to yourself.

Welcome,

My dear.

Before we begin this meditation,

I would like to ask you to gently notice your body.

Whether you are sitting,

Walking or standing,

Do not put any pressure on yourself.

Just choose whatever feels most possible for you right now.

There is no right or wrong way to be here.

Take a soft breath in and gently let it out.

And one more time,

A gentle breath in and a slow release.

I know how heavy your heart feels right now.

It might feel like you cannot imagine life without them.

It feels like you've lost such a big part of yourself.

Your life,

Everything.

It is dark,

Scary,

Confusing.

And yet,

You made it through yesterday.

You are here now.

You are breathing and I promise you that you will make it through today.

One moment at a time.

One gentle step toward yourself each day.

You are showing up,

Even if your showing up means lying down,

Even if it means sitting with tears or simply listening to this.

This is showing up for yourself.

If it feels ok,

Place a hand over your heart,

No pressure,

Just a soft resting hand.

Feel your breath moving underneath.

Notice your heart,

It's still beating,

It's still here with you.

Let yourself feel whatever comes up.

It does feel very hard,

Because it feels like you've lost love and your whole being aches to feel connected again,

But here is the truth your heart needs to hear.

You are not broken.

You are not less.

You do not lack anything.

Because love was never outside of you.

Love lives within you.

Even now,

Even in the ache,

Even in the absence,

You are whole,

You are worthy of love,

Not just from others,

But from yourself.

And there is no rush,

No timeline,

No pressure to be ok before you are ready.

Just this moment,

Just your breath,

Just a soft hand on your heart.

You are healing,

Even if it doesn't feel like it,

Even if you cannot see the way forward just yet.

You are allowed to grieve,

You are totally allowed to feel lost and you are allowed to be exactly as you are right now,

And still,

You are already on the path home to yourself.

Take another slow,

Gentle breath.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Or the movement if you are walking.

Feel your body here,

Alive.

And let this be enough for now.

I promise that you will find yourself again.

Not the same version as before,

But someone who is softer,

Wiser and deeply connected to their own heart.

Stay here as long as you need and when you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the space around you.

There is no need to rush.

You are doing so well,

Even now,

Especially now,

I am so proud of you.
