Take a moment to find your comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to the space where the body meets the surface.
Give your body permission to relax.
Let's bring our awareness to our breath.
Inhaling through your nostrils and flowing down into your chest.
Let's notice the inhale again and this time hold at the top for 3,
2,
1.
Exhale and relax even further.
And inhale,
Holding at the top for 3,
2,
1.
Release.
Let's continue breathing like this for another 3 times.
Inhaling through your nose and holding at the top for 1,
2,
3.
And releasing.
Big deep inhale,
Holding at the top.

3.
And releasing.
And one more.

With this deep breathing,
Let's connect to our higher self.
Your higher self can be your best friend and your guide.
As you focus on your breath,
Remember all the solutions are inside of you and they will arrive at the most divine timing.
Your higher self will guide you when you sit in silence.
We see the world not as it is,
But as we are.
Your external world is a reflection of your inner world.
During this practice,

Thank you for my ability to learn.
Thank you for my ability to love.
Thank you for the kindness in me.
