Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

Take a moment and find your comfortable position.

Come to meet your breath.

Come to meet your heartbeat.

Come to meet the stillness within.

I'd like you to take three deep breaths from the bottom of your belly and filling to the top of your head.

Collecting any stress or worries along the way and holding at the top.

Hold and release.

Letting go of all the stress and the worries from everyday life.

On the second deep breath,

We'll take a big deep inhale from the bottom of our belly.

Collecting any anger or resentment and holding at the top for three,

Two,

One.

And releasing,

Letting go,

Watching the anger and resentment float away and dissolve into the wind.

Feeling your body become lighter and your mind become clear and you begin to feel your heart open.

And we will begin to take our third deep breath,

Inhaling from the belly and filling to the top of our head.

Collecting any stress left in the body and holding at the top till three.

Till three and releasing all the stress,

Watching it float away as your body becomes even more relaxed.

Imagine the ground beneath you holding you and supporting your body.

Imagine a bright yellow light shining down to protect you.

It is safe to let go.

It is safe to surrender.

You can feel the warmth of this light touching your right shoulder,

Your right arm,

Your right hand,

And your right hip,

Your right leg,

Your right foot,

Your left foot,

Your left leg,

Your left hip,

Your left arm,

Your left shoulder.

You feel this warm light protecting your whole body.

There is nothing to hold.

Let yourself return to the stillness within,

To the stillness of your being.
