Let's first start with the 5-5 Coherent Breath Sequence to bring balance and equilibrium to your heart and other organs.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose,
Making sure the in-breath is into your diaphragm,
Focusing on breathing low and deep into your belly.

The air as it comes in through your nose,
The warm air leaving your nose.
The slower and deeper you breathe,
The more calmer and balanced you become.
Next we are going to move on to the next breath sequence which is a 5,
15 hum.
Where you will breathe in for 5 seconds,
Hold your breath for 15 seconds and breathe out for 10 seconds with a hum.
