Cultivating a state of gratitude is one of the most peaceful and powerful states we can attain. When we train our minds to focus on what we are grateful for, we begin to see life through the lens of what is good and what is working. When we are able to focus on all the things we have to be grateful for; we find we begin to attract even more to be grateful for. This practice utilizes our felt sense. We use thought vibration to bring up the sensation of gratitude; we meditate on the sensation.
