Welcome to the extended, overnight version of Bedtime Stretch & Yoga Nidra For Deep Sleep. We begin as you get comfortably into your bed. You will be led through gentle bedtime stretches to relieve tension in the legs, hips, and back, preparing your body to fully relax. From there, a soothing yoga nidra body scan will calm your mind, dissolve stress, and guide you toward sleep bit by bit. The session includes 15 minutes of stretching followed by 15 minutes of yoga nidra with soft music in the background. We close the guidance with a soft "goodnight" as the brown noise slowly arrives and helps you to drift off to sleep. The background sound during the guided part is a 432hz binaural beat - known for its healing vibration, nervous system regulation, and deep restoration. The 8 + hour overnight is a soundscape of deeply grounding brown noise for uninterrupted and deep sleep.
