This bedtime ritual is designed to help quiet the mind, soften the body, and gently guide the nervous system into rest through breath awareness, extended exhales, and humming vibration. Beginning with grounding and comfort in bed, we gradually move through simple breathing patterns that calm mental activity, release tension, and create a sense of internal safety and heaviness in the body. Together we explore long, gentle breathing, pauses between breaths, extended exhales, and soft humming to soothe the nervous system and reduce the noise of repetitive thoughts and emotional tension. Rather than forcing sleep, this practice helps create the conditions for sleep naturally through rhythm, breath, and deep relaxation. Especially supportive for racing thoughts, nighttime anxiety, overstimulation, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty unwinding at the end of the day. Includes a gentle soundscape of rolling Om layered with 432Hz frequencies to support relaxation, grounding, and deep rest.
