Hello and welcome to this guided meditation experience into the energy of the full moon.
Give yourself a few moments to find a comfortable seat or lying down position.
And move in any way you need to shift out any energy from the day or night.
So you can really settle into this moment.
Allow your eyes to gently close and begin to deepen your breathing.
Taking a long slow inhale through the nostrils and an audible sigh like exhale through the mouth.
And repeat this breath for a few more times settling deeper into your body.
And repeat this breath for a few more times settling deeper into your body.
And what does it feel like to be you right now?
Let this question reverberate through your entire being.
And without judgment just bring your awareness to any sensation or any response to that question that comes up.
What does it feel like to be you right now?
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Bring your attention to your midbrain.
And visualize the full moon glowing bright white within the center of your head.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Now visualize the Earth's moon just outside of our atmosphere.
And let that full moon send a bright white moonbeam to shine and reflect off of the moon within your mind.
Receive this white healing light.
Senses are heightened during the full moon time including your emotional body,
Physical body,
Your intuition.
And just as the ocean tide rises and lowers dramatically at this time,
You too can acknowledge that you are feeling a lot right now.
But as you bask in the white moonlight shining into your entire being,
Can you feel that this energy is reminding you of how connected you really are to this universe?
And allow this white healing moonlight to show you whatever you need to know at this time.
And let any visualization,
Memory,
Sensation,
Emotion to come up and be perfectly valid at this time.
Knowing that the full moon is shining and pulling these things out of your psyche for you to gain better awareness at this time.
Tune into your feeling body and notice what you need right now.
Do you need to continue resting in stillness,
Receiving any information that you're becoming aware of?
Or do you need to move or shift your body to break free any emotional patterns that are coming through at this time?
Continue your deep belly breathing and just allow yourself to be free to do whatever you need.
If emotions are flowing,
Let them move through you,
Let them express.
And if you're basking in stillness,
Let that radiate throughout your entire being.
Bring your palms to meet together.
And gently rest your thumbs on your forehead,
Honoring the space of wisdom,
Honoring the space that connected with the full moon.
