Hello and welcome to this guided meditation experience into the energy of your true self.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and gently close down your eyes.

Give yourself a few moments of deep belly breathing to arrive in your body.

Allow your inhales to be long and slow and your exhales to release even longer and even slower.

Let your body move and shift to find the most comfortable position in this moment.

Letting yourself settle into your nest,

Into yourself and into your soul.

And once you have found stillness,

Bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly to connect internally to yourself.

Breathing in and breathing out this deep inner awareness.

What does it feel like to be you right now?

And notice what comes up from the scale of pain to pleasure,

Numbness to sensation.

What does it feel like to be you?

And breathe into that awareness.

Letting yourself settle into your nest.

Continue to deep breathe into your belly,

Expanding air into your hand and continuing to let your exhale to be long and slow.

A very gentle releasing of any tension in your body at this time.

Letting yourself settle into your nest.

And whatever it feels like to be you right now,

Just become very interested in the sensations that are arising to your awareness.

Do you feel emotions?

Do you feel numb?

Do you feel tension or ease?

And without judgment,

Whatever is arising for you,

Acknowledge this is my truth for this moment.

This is my truth for this moment.

And can you accept all of these aspects of yourself just for now?

From the spectrum of pain and pleasure,

Numbness and sensation.

Can you be with and accept your wholeness just for now?

Breathing in deeply and exhaling audibly with a cleansing breath.

Breathing out.

You can release your hands from your heart and belly and bring them to wherever is comfortable.

Let your breath continue to be deep and slow,

Nourishing your entire being.

And let your awareness bask in the frequency of your true self for a few moments of deep breathing.
