Hello and welcome to this guided meditation experience into the energy of coming unglued.

Now the intention of this meditation is not to become more unglued and hopefully you can come back to a sense of wholeness and ease by coming back into your center.

Give yourself a moment to find a comfortable seat,

Place to lie down or if you're feeling extra unglued just let yourself be wherever makes you comfortable letting go of this idea that meditation needs to look a certain way just for now.

Just allow yourself to show up for you.

You can close your eyes or not but play with placing one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly and connect into three deep breaths breathing in through the nose and exhaling audibly with a sigh sound out an open mouth.

The more you connect into your breath and into the center of your being the more you can take the energy out of a racing mind which usually is a big part of that feeling of ungroundedness of anxiety of stress so continue on your own for a few moments slowing down and connecting into your deep diaphragmatic breathing.

Let each inhale fill you with a peaceful calming energy and every exhale just release everything be it good be it bad just the intention to fully let go and release.

Now bring your attention to the feeling within your throat as you breathe in deeply and exhale continually with the audible sigh.

Your throat center is your communication from yourself to the outside world and between your mind and your body.

And sometimes when we get too caught up in the mind with our fast-paced society and constant doing nature of the status quo we get a little stuck in our throat center and lose that connection to the grounded body awareness.

So we're going to bring some further awareness to our throat center and also to our vagus nerve which is a cranial nerve that runs from the medulla oblongata down to the colon and is a long cord of energy connecting your mind to your body.

We are going to inhale deeply through the nose and make a long deep humming sound for the entirety of your exhale and it sounds like this.

Continue this be breath pranayama breathing deeply in through your nose and humming so gently on your exhale.

And as you vibrate your vagus nerve your throat center you're sending a frequency to your entire being that you are whole and complete and everything is going to be okay.

I'll watch the time and allow you to connect with this way of breathing and humming for a few moments on your own and be free to allow any emotions to come through any change in pitch or tone of your humming.

Just tuning in to the frequency of connecting your entire being.

You can let go of the humming pranayama if you have not done so already.

Place your hands over your heart in a gesture of honoring yourself and know that you can always come back to this deep place of peace of wholeness just by tuning in to your deep breathing.

Thank you.

Deep humming sound for the entirety of your exhale and humming for the entirety of your exhale.

Thank you! This was perfect and very grounding. I will be using this often I am sure. The racing mind and thoughts is definitely something I struggle with. I want to be whole and let thought simply pass by. Haha I am not quite ther yet. This is a great tool. I will add you. Hopefully you have more like this. Thank you for sharing your light and guidance.
