Our thoughts can often be a source of stress, anxiety, and discomfort in our lives. We may feel that we are at war with our minds. This meditation will help you become mindful of your thoughts; to take a step back and see them, but not get caught up in them. First, I will guide you to anchor your awareness to the body, then the breath, and then to expand your awareness to your thoughts. By learning to observe your thoughts, to not necessarily believe your thoughts, and to allow them to come and go, you can gain freedom from the unnecessary suffering from thoughts that are not serving you.
