Meditation Timer OnlineAlysia is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who practices individual and couple's therapy using methods and techniques that help client's gain awareness and understanding of unhelpful or unhealthy patterns of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships that keep them feeling stuck. Alysia is also a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher having completed the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training developed and led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Alysia works skillfully and compassionately with adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, stress, complex trauma, overwhelm, perfectionism, codependence, addiction, anger, and relationship difficulties. She also works with anyone wanting to reduce anxiety or improve performance in sports and the performing arts. In addition to psychotherapy, Alysia teaches meditation one-to-one and periodically offers mindfulness meditation workshops.
