So let's begin with a nice deep breath.
Breathing a nice deep breath in,
Breathing vital life force into the body.
And then releasing the breath with ease.
Letting go,
Releasing.
Take a couple more deep breaths now.
And then just allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm.
And we can set our intention for this meditation.
You might even like to place your hand over your heart space and affirm within or out loud that you are ready to cleanse your energy field,
To clear the space within you and around you.
Accept that intention of cleansing your energy body in a way that is for your highest good.
And then you can just let that go and allow your body to rest and relax in a comfortable position.
And you can ask your body gently and softly to relax now.
Give yourself permission to relax and let go.
Close your eyes if you haven't done so already.
Entering that calm and safe place within you.
And using the power of your imagination,
I invite you to imagine a large sphere of white and golden light hovering above the top of your head.
This light is cleansing and clearing in nature.
And it can begin to pour down easily,
Gently,
Softly.
The light entering the top of your head through your crown and flowing down into your body.
Notice how it looks and feels to experience this white golden light filling your physical body.
Every part of your body filled with white and golden light.
That with no effort at all clears away all lower vibrational energy.
All unhelpful feelings and anchors,
It cleanses and heals easily and effortlessly.
You can feel all energetic ties,
Cords and connections that are not for your highest good simply unraveling now.
Dissolving.
Energetic calls dispersing and clearing away.
Any ties that you have to other people,
Places,
Things or experiences,
Whether they be from this life or a past life,
From this world or other worldly connections.
Feel these ties unraveling,
Dispersing.
Feel and imagine this white golden light expanding now.
Expanding and flowing out into your aura.
The field of energy around your body.
As you become immersed in this light.
As it purifies you on all levels.
Physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually and energetically.
Creating a bubble of light that surrounds you now.
Sense the power of this light as you are held and embraced.
Purified and cleansed deeply,
Wholly,
Completely by this beautiful divine light.
And the outer edge of this bubble is strong,
Fiercely protective.
It holds you lovingly in safety,
Security.
Keeping your energy strong and vital,
Clear and bright.
This bubble acts as a barrier to anything and everything outside of you that is not for your highest good.
All lower vibrations and energy that's not for your highest good simply bounces off of this bubble edge to be returned to where it belongs.
Any of your energy that you have given away,
Consciously or unconsciously,
To people,
Places,
Things or experiences that are not for your highest good can return to you now.
You call it back.
All your energy home to you.
Understanding that it is your birthright to be whole and complete,
Energetically strong.
Vow to protect your energy.
Prioritise self-care practices that keep your energy field clean,
Clear and aligned with your highest truth.
And as we prepare to finish this meditation,
We end with grounding.
Moving ourselves into the here and the now.
You may like to imagine powerful,
Strong roots sprouting from the soles of your feet,
Growing down into the earth to the centre of our great mother,
Mother Earth,
Gaia,
Pachamama.
These roots connect you with this magical,
Earthly energy.
Grounding you,
Centering you.
Your energy is clear,
Strong,
Vital.
The bubble of light that now surrounds you is fiercely protective.
Ensuring healthy boundaries that are for your highest good,
Always.
You are grounded,
Rooted into the earth,
Balanced and beautifully aligned between the sky above and the earth below.
And it's time to bring this meditation to an end now,
With an understanding that the work we've done here today remains.
So just allow yourself to come back to this present moment now.
Gently opening your eyes and bringing some movement into the body.
Taking a nice deep breath.
Feeling clear,
Cleansed,
Grounded and centred.
