Notice the quiet space in which thoughts and feelings come and go. Settle into the space with ease and relaxation. Sink and drop deeper and deeper into this felt sense of vast infinite boundless space. Be aware of who is aware of the space. It is awareness recognizing itself as awareness of space, of the space of Being. Notice that awareness recognizes itself. Turning inwards towards the one who is aware of space, all that is present is a knowing, a felt sense that is vast and boundless.

Awaken to space.

We're going to slowly scan through different experiences day by day for the first three minutes as you awake and see how everything that happens in each moment is the expression of our pure awareness.

We can experience awareness right now as a spacious and open ocean within which your body rests,

Floating,

Immersed,

Silent and still and spacious.

Let go and rest in open,

Effortless awareness.

Notice the quiet space in which thoughts and feelings come and go.

Settle into the space with ease and relaxation.

Sink and drop deeper and deeper into this felt sense of vast,

Infinite,

Boundless space.

Be aware of who is aware of the space.

It is awareness recognizing itself as awareness of space,

Of the space of being.

Notice that awareness recognizes itself.

Turning inwards towards the one who is aware of space,

All that is present is a knowing,

A felt sense that is vast and boundless,

Ungraspable and empty.

Open and clear space of awareness,

Awareness that is alive and awake.

Now gently open your eyes and gaze straight ahead into the space.

Normally we focus on objects.

In this we orient to space itself.

Notice how open and unobstructed the space is,

How vast.

Notice the quality of the openness.

Notice space.

Feel the space.

Feel the quality of openness,

Of vastness.

And then close your eyes.

Let go and rest.

Continue to look straight ahead into space now with your eyes closed.

Send your gaze infinitely beyond the boundaries of your room into vast,

Infinite space,

Complete openness,

Unobstructed space.

Now tighten your inner gaze and bring it into about where the walls of your room might be.

Notice how it is still space,

Open,

Quiet,

Peaceful,

Unobstructed space.

Now tighten your inner gaze and bring it to just in front of your eyes.

Notice how it's still space,

Open,

Pure and vast,

Unobstructed space.

Now turn inwards towards the one that is aware of the space,

Ungraspable,

Unfindable with the quality of space.

Feel this unfindable,

Ungraspable nature of space and awareness.

Merge your mind.

Dissolve your mind completely into space and relax completely naturally.

Rest without effort in effortless,

Spacious awareness.

Let yourself rest as this spacious and open,

Clear,

Boundless space of awareness that clings to nothing and yet pushes nothing away.

All things arise and float within this space just like your body,

Unobstructed and free within this space of awareness.

Sense and feel this openness,

This space,

Boundless and vast,

Disallowing softness and formlessness so naturally and effortlessly present.

As you go about your day,

Rest in the felt sense of this space of open vastness.
