In this 15-minute guided meditation, we explore the effortless rhythms of nature. Just as our breath flows, our heart beats, and day turns to night without our control, so too do thoughts arise naturally. Using imagery of rivers and skies, we recognize that thoughts are part of the same natural flow—appearing, moving, and fading. Instead of trying to control them, we allow ourselves to simply observe, releasing the urge to resist.
