In this track, we will continue to explore how we can take control over our thoughts, as opposed to thoughts controlling us. We will explore how thoughts are not and can not be eliminated without exploring their repetitive nature. By listening to the thoughts we can become an observer. Once we become an observer of thoughts we can know which thoughts to feed and which to gradually eliminate. The goal is single-pointed concentration, observing thoughts is the path to that goal.
