Welcome to this sleep meditation allowing you to fall deeply into sleep,
Deep into relaxation,
Deep into sleep.
Notice your breath as you take a breath in and a breath out.
Let the rise and fall of your breath be like the ocean,
In and out,
In and out.
Let your muscles relax,
Let your body relax and feel the earth,
Feel the gravity of the earth pulling you to water,
Holding you.
You are safe,
You are held and you are known.
You can rest and be assured of this love,
Of this safety,
Of being held.
No matter where you are,
No matter where you go,
No matter what you do,
You are held close and you are safe always,
In this bed,
In this room,
In this place.
You can rest,
You can let go of all the thoughts,
Of all the ideas and the to-do lists.
You can let it all go.
It's time to rest,
Time to sleep,
Trusting that you are held now and always.
And as you breathe in,
Surrender the out breath and on each out breath,
Relax your muscles,
Relax your body a little more.
Let your mouth corners curl a little bit as you smile and know that you are loved,
You are held,
You are safe to rest,
To let go,
To surrender this day,
No ideas and no thoughts.
Your body,
Your mind,
Your heart,
At ease,
At peace,
Trusting,
Always trusting,
Present to this moment,
To the sensations in your body right now.
And any tension,
Any tightness,
Any pain,
Give that your presence,
Give that your acceptance.
And like the earth is holding you,
You can hold these sensations,
These parts of you,
With love,
With care,
With acceptance and with love.
And notice that somehow,
Miraculously,
When we greet that which is within us,
With full acceptance,
With compassion and care and love,
There is peace,
There is a calm and a gratitude beyond words and descriptions.
Can you feel it?
Can you sense it?
You can know it.
You can be this for yourself.
Safe,
Accepting,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Always safe,
Always safe,
Always safe.
And always held,
Surrendering deeper and deeper and deeper and to rest,
And to trust,
And to sleep,
And to peace.

Rest,

There is nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to achieve,
Just be and love the day to slip away the thoughts of gratitude for yourself,
For this body,
For this life.
Sleep.
Sleep is calling.

Safe,
Loved,
You are,
You are always safe,
And loved,
And loved.
Your body is completely at rest,
Sinking,

Sinking into this moment,

Sleeping is easy.
You are just the type of person that finds sleeping easy.
You always feel safe to let go and to sleep because you know you are held and safe and loved no matter where you go,

You are free.
