Meditation Timer OnlineAlly is a Yoga & Meditation teacher with 15 years of teaching experience. Four years ago, she also opened a small practice as an Intimacy Coach, with a special focus on supporting people navigating chronic pain, chronic illness, and sensitive nervous systems. She understands how easily these experiences can lead to feelings of isolation, disconnection from the body, or feeling misunderstood. Her meditations blend mindfulness with relational awareness she developed through her work as an intimacy coach. Together, these practices gently guide people back toward a sense of safety, self-trust, and compassion. Her intention is to offer meditations that help regulate the nervous system, soften the intensity and duration of flare-ups, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection within the body.
