Namaste.
Start to come into a comfortable laying position.
Adjusting the body until you feel completely at ease and supported.
And start to bring your awareness to your breath.
And taking three deep clearing breaths.
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling with an audible sigh.
Taking a deep breath in.
Exhaling.
Letting go.
Deep breath in.
And one more time exhaling.
And taking a deep breath in.
And exhaling.
And one more time expanding in all areas.
Letting any of that last residue out.
And now letting the breath come back to a natural rhythm.
And focusing on the space that's been created within.
Keep witnessing your breath.
And begin to invite a relaxation to flood through the whole body.
Imagine you could relax into the ears.
The forehead.
The jaw and the mouth.
Imagining the mind where a muscle you could soften.
Releasing tension.
As if you're unclenching a fist.
The muscle of the mind softening open.
Relaxing outward.
Allowing the ears to open.
Becoming receptive.
Awakening to the world of sounds.
With each exhalation allow your body to sink deeper and deeper into the support beneath you.
Imagine the earth holding you here.
Feeling the weight of your skull.
Letting the arms become heavy.
The fingers unfurling.
The pelvis and torso sinking deeper.
Feeling the legs.
Relaxing all the way down into the tips of the toes.
Notice the natural receptivity that abides as the ears listen.
Feeling yourself becoming more and more receptive with each breath.
The whole body receptive.
Keep witnessing your breath.
Welcoming a mantra meditation.
Repeating the mantra continuously.
One translation I love of the word mantra is mind protection.
The mentally whispering the mantra over and over.
Connecting to the stillness and silence within.
The space between thoughts.
The already happening awareness that abides between thoughts.
And if you drift away into thought or sensation,
Gently recognizing it and coming back to the mantra.
And today welcoming om moksha ritam.
Om,
The pranava,
Is the universal energy and vibration that attunes us to our true nature.
Moksha,
Liberation,
Emotional freedom.
Effortlessly releasing what's no longer needed.
Ritam,
The rhythm of the universe.
Calibrating to the intelligence of the cosmos and of life itself.
Feeling this mantra will align your energy with the intelligence and energy of all creation.
So allowing the breath and welcoming the mantra.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
When the tension wanders gently drifting back.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
If the mind wanders gently drifting back to the mantra.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Gently coming back.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Releasing the mantra.
Inviting sound to flow through the entire body.
Consciousness expanding throughout the whole body now.
Allowing the ears to open.
Becoming receptive.
Awakening to the world of sounds.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
Om moksha ritam.
