As the light of the morning rises I awaken with intention.

I feel my feet on the earth steady beneath me.

I take a slow full breath in and as I exhale I arrive fully in my body.

Today I choose to meet life with clarity and calm.

I choose to honour the wisdom that lives within me.

Every breath reminds me I am grounded,

I am centred,

I am clear.

Whatever unfolds today I meet it from this steady calm place within me.
