Hello,

I'm Allie.

Whilst we all understand we have stress in our life,

The antidote to stress is gratitude.

In this simple breathing,

We are going to find the ability to find the gratitude in the most stressful situation.

Breathe in.

Feel the breath come into you and create space in your body.

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself and give yourself permission to let go of the stress that you feel.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

As you inhale,

Feel the stress.

Gather it up like dust through your body and your mind,

Your senses.

And as you exhale,

Release it.

Inhale,

Gather the stress you feel mentally,

Emotionally,

Physically,

Spiritually,

Energetically.

On the exhale,

Opening the door and letting the breath move it out of you.

Again,

On the inhale,

Gathering up the stress that you feel that you know is there.

It is not about the situation that causes the stress.

It is about your awareness and understanding of the power to remove it.

Breathing in.

Acknowledge the stress,

Gather it up.

And exhale,

Open the door to release and the breath takes it with you.

Allow this to be something that you can embrace throughout your day.
