Begin to close your eyes and settle into stillness.

Give yourself this intentional moment to really land and feel the earth beneath your body.

Begin to notice the breath as it moves through the clear open channel from the navel to the heart.

Carrying a sense of ease and connection.

Every breath pouring effortlessly into the next.

With every effortless breath,

The path becomes more clear,

Deepening the groove of ease within yourself.

Now begin to imagine a soft golden light glowing above your head,

Warm and radiant,

Like the first rays of sunrise.

And with each breath,

This light begins to pour down gently,

Touching the crown of your head and cascading down through the body,

Feeling this golden light moving slowly across your face,

Softening the skin on your forehead,

The space between your eyebrows,

Warming your cheeks,

Soothing your jaw.

Feel this golden light flow down your neck,

Across your shoulders,

And into your chest,

Filling your heart with a gentle warmth.

And as the light reaches your heart,

Imagine it expanding outward like a sunrise spreading across the horizon,

Stretching out effortlessly with a feeling of gratitude.

And in this light of gratitude,

Begin to awaken in your mind and in your heart someone or something that you are grateful for.

Let the light in your heart expand as you hold this image in your heart and mind.

Notice the positive emotions that arise within you as the image,

Thought,

And feeling of gratitude continue to expand in your heart.

Now feel the golden light continue to flow through the back of the body,

The arms,

Hands,

And fingertips,

As if you could reach out and touch its warmth.

This golden light moves down through the spine,

Your abdomen,

Your belly,

The sacrum and the hips,

The legs,

The feet and the toes.

Allow this radiant light to be expansive yet grounded and felt.

As this golden light fills your entire body,

Your entire being,

Visualize it continuing to spread outward,

Creating a luminous field around you.

Imagine it extending even further,

Wrapping around loved ones,

Your surroundings,

And the world itself in a soft golden glow of gratitude.

Feel this golden light of appreciation as it becomes the frequency for how you see the world and how you move through the world,

How you connect.

Take a moment here to simply bask in the radiance of this light.

Let it fill and expand you,

And let it fill up the world around you.

Let this light remind you of all of the beauty,

Connection,

And joy that exists in your life in the present moment.

Remind yourself where your attention goes,

Energy flows.

Allow your attention to focus intimately on the golden light of gratitude.

Allow images to filter through your mind of all that you are grateful for in the present moment,

Big and small,

Noticing the positive emotions that accompany this deep feeling of gratitude.

And remind yourself in this moment that you always have the power to come back to gratitude,

To see and experience the world through the lens of joy,

Appreciation,

And celebration.

Set the intention to stay rooted as often as you can in the vibration and light of gratitude as you continue your day.

Guide your hands to the heart center.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the golden light within you glowing even brighter.

And exhale,

Let it out,

Let it go.

Let it color the world around you.

Two more times,

Breathing in.

Big exhale,

Let something go.

Last one,

This time breathe in.

Pause at the top,

Savor that golden light.

And exhale,

Let it go,

Let it color the world around you.

And slowly lift your heart up to meet your thumbs,

Take another breath in.

And exhale,

Bow the head into your heart center.
