Let's take a moment together.

We'll close down the eyes.

Just allow yourself to drop into this moment,

The intentional space of your practice,

Where nothing is urgent and everything can wait.

I know that might be a hard concept for your mind midweek to sink into,

But trust yourself that nothing is urgent and everything can wait.

You are worthy of your full attention.

And right away,

Begin to notice the quality of your breath,

The flow of your breath today.

Maybe noticing any subtle imbalances in the flow.

Maybe there's roughness or shortness of breath.

Notice that the more aware you become of the breath,

The more refined and spacious it becomes.

The more you become aware of the breath,

The more refined and spacious it becomes.

Imagine the flow of your breath like a beautiful river flowing through an unobstructed riverbed.

This soft,

Gentle pace where all flows smoothly.

Begin now to bring your awareness to the crown of your head.

And right at the crown of your head is this little point of golden light,

And you'll begin to trace the outline of your body with golden light.

This golden light that defines your body in physical space.

Starting at the crown of the head,

Feel this golden light move down the left side of your head,

Tracing the architecture of the left ear,

The left side of the face and jaw,

All the way down the left side of the neck,

The left shoulder,

Down the left arm,

Through all the spaces of the fingertips,

The inside of the left arm,

Down the left side of the body,

The left side of the pelvis.

The golden light travels down and around the whole left leg,

The left foot,

The left toes.

Golden light swoops around to the inside of the left leg,

Coming around to the inside of the right leg,

To the sole of the right foot,

The right toes,

To then trace the outline,

The outside of the right foot,

The whole right leg,

The right side of the pelvis,

The right side body,

The inside,

The underside of the right arm,

Tracing the outline of your fingertips,

The outside of the right arm,

The right shoulder,

The right side of the neck,

The right side of your jaw,

The architecture of the right ear,

The golden light wraps around the right side of the head until it forms a big golden loop at the crown of the head.

Go ahead and trace the body twice more with that radiant golden light,

Carving out your physical body in space,

Defining the unique space you occupy.

And one more time,

The golden light traces the outline of your body,

Defining your uniqueness in space.

After that third loop is complete,

When the golden light reaches the crown of the head,

Just notice yourself here,

Outlined in golden light.

And one breath at a time,

You feel the golden light begin to become a river that pours into the body,

A golden light that amplifies peace and draws out any feelings of tension,

Tiredness,

Or heaviness.

The golden light that fills you with peace and that draws out tension so that you glow brighter from the inside out.

And for a moment,

Let's check in with your heart,

Maybe for the first time today,

Maybe for the first time this week.

And if it feels aligned,

You might even bring one hand to your heart to feel into that connection.

And as you check in with your heart,

Maybe your other hand rests on top,

Feeling the warmth that you create here in this space.

Ask your heart,

How am I really?

How am I really?

It's not the answer that you think you have to have or should have,

But allowing space for your heart to speak about all of the nuance it might be carrying.

Your heart might be simultaneously feeling joy and sadness,

Anxiety and ease,

Clarity and confusion.

So just allow yourself to listen,

Checking in with your heart,

How am I really?

And there's no need to right away go into problem solving mode.

We're just listening.

Ask your heart,

What is one thing I can do for myself today to nourish and support myself?

And it might be as an effort to shift your vibration or feelings or it might be in an effort to simply accept and allow.

So while you're feeling what you're feeling,

What can you do to nourish and support yourself?

Let it be simple and small.

And can you visualize yourself offering that as a gift to your heart,

To your mind,

To your body,

As a beautiful gift of love and nourishment?

What would it feel like to offer yourself that gift?

Reminding yourself that the big is in the small.

And allow your hands now to slowly drop.

Roll the shoulders up to the ears,

Take a deep breath in and a big cleansing breath out as the shoulders drop.

Feel the collarbones spread wide across the chest,

The heart feeling a little bit or a lot of it more open.

Guide your hands together in front of your heart.

Inhale,

Grow tall through the spine and exhale,

Bow the head in.

Acknowledging all of its infinite wisdom.

Thank you.
