She is passionate about accessible, inclusive, and trauma-informed care, and sees healing as a return to connection, curiosity, rest, and joy—with space for each person to move at their own pace. Her mission is to share embodied movement and somatic meditation as a means of building confidence, better health, and a sense of wholeness. Her teaching style invites self-compassion, curiosity, and empowerment so that a mind-body practice, no matter what kind, is an act of care towards oneself.
