Relax and simply receive as you take some much needed time for self care.

Transcript

This meditation will allow you to receive,

To receive the energy,

To receive the light that you need to do all the things that you need to do all the time,

To be able to have energy,

Strength,

Presence,

Focus.

Uncross your legs,

Uncross your arms,

Relax,

Find a comfortable position.

Begin to slowly focus on your breath,

Feeling your body softly breathing in and out.

And gently close your eyes,

Allow your body to relax.

Feel the surface below you as if it's a giant sponge.

And your body is heavy and your body is being held and relaxed.

Depending on your breath,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

And at any point during this meditation,

If you feel distracted,

Just focus back on your breath and allow any distraction to bring you deeper into a meditative state.

And release and breathe out.

Feel your body relaxed and open your palms and focusing on your right hand.

Feel the warmth of the lights and feel it warming your arm,

Your shoulder,

Moving up to your neck and across to your head,

Down your body and to your left shoulder,

Your left arm and your left palm.

Take a moment and focus on your left palm.

And imagine that your left palm is receiving energy,

That it's receiving lights.

You can feel it warm,

Tingling.

You can envision a white ball of lights.

You can envision however it feels to receive warm,

Positive,

Energizing lights.

Focus and enjoy receiving this energy,

This warmth.

There's so many ways that you give all day long and all night long.

It's essential to rejuvenate,

To receive,

To care for yourself.

This is the secret,

This is the key to being able to share.

To really share we must receive.

Focusing again on your palm and allowing yourself to envision and to feel the wonderful opportunities that you have to share in your life.

And as you do,

Asking the universe to allow you to receive even more.

True sharing is all about receiving.

To really care,

To really be there for our families,

For our business,

For our friends.

We have to make sure that we are filled up,

That we have that light to give,

That we have that presence,

That light of excitement,

That light that can be contagious as it spreads and it spreads and it spreads.

And as it does,

Just like a candle flame that lights another candle,

That original candle flame stays strong.

Now you can take both of your hands and place them over your heart.

And for a moment be in silence,

In appreciation.

Restoring,

Recharging,

Reenergizing you.

Whenever you're ready,

You can release your hands.

Take a moment to acknowledge,

Thank the light for all that you received.

And after you feel recharged,

You'll be able to give more of yourself,

Your attention,

Your focus,

Your love,

Your compassion,

Your presence.

And tell yourself that you love yourself.

And this is where it all begins.

You'll listen to the count from three to one.

And at one you can open your eyes,

Feeling recharged and much better than you did before.

Three,

You can move your fingers and your toes.

Two,

Gently deepen your breath in your chest.

And one,

Slowly open your eyes.
