Welcome to the Intuition Connection Meditation.
During this meditation,
We're going to be taking a walk,
A stroll towards connecting with the intuition.
This can happen any time of the day,
Anywhere you are,
Whether you're seated,
Whether you're lying down,
Or whether you're taking a walk.
It's up to you how you would want to connect.
This meditation is for you to realize that no matter where you are,
No matter what's happening,
You can always pause for a moment to reconnect and come back into the present moment and to make different choices.
So at this time,
Go ahead and take some breaths.
Connect with your body from the inside.
Feed your soul some nourishing breaths and release.
Breathe in.
Fill up your body from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.
Fill your belly,
Fill your lungs,
And then release.
Blow out.
Breathe in,
Connecting from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.
Finish your body and then release.
One more deep breath.
Go deep as you can.
Fill up your belly,
Your chest,
Your lungs.
When you can't take any more in,
Take one more sip of air and then release by blowing out your birthday candles.
Release,
Release,
Release.
Now at this time,
Find the connection to Mother Earth,
Whether it's through your feet if you're taking a walk,
Whether it's through your back if you're lying down,
Or maybe in a seated position.
Go ahead and reach down.
She's available at any time.
Connect.
And up ahead,
You're going to see a path,
A path that's cut through a wooded area,
Whether the trees are the palm trees,
Whether they're pine trees,
Whether they're magnolias,
Oak,
Whatever your trees look like,
Whatever your forest,
It's abundant.
It's for you.
It's going to take you on a journey,
A journey to your intuition.
Find your path.
Let's connect with the path.
Take your shoes off if they're not already off.
Your feet are connecting with the soft soil.
Maybe some pine needles,
Maybe some moss.
And as you walk down your path,
What do you see?
Can you see through the trees?
Can you see through the leaves?
Is the sun peeking through?
Are there animals on your trail?
Birds singing?
Whatever you see is exactly what you need.
This is the path towards leaving behind expectations and wants and leading us towards exactly what we need.
What we need is going to fill our day,
Fill our moment and keep us present.
And as you walk through your path,
As you connect with Mother Earth,
You're connecting with yourself.
You're taking this time just for you.
Now as you walk,
What do you smell?
What do you feel?
What does the air feel like?
And what can you see?
Your mind is connecting with your body.
If you feel the monkey mind taking over,
Take your left hand and put it on your heart and take your right hand and connect it to your solar plexus right above your belly in the center of your body.
This is the way to bridge your chakras and stay connected with yourself.
As you walk,
You see a clearing ahead.
There's a pasture.
It's going to open up as you walk out of the trees into this beautiful pasture and up ahead you can see a river,
A babbling brook,
A creek.
It's flowing from the left.
