This is notTED you Welcome to a gentle pause.

My name is Allison Shuhazi.

I'm glad to have you here for even this moment in time.

I welcome you to get comfortable,

Sit back,

Or perhaps you're walking in a park,

Driving in your car,

Wherever you are.

I welcome you to this gentle pause.

We can reconnect with where we are,

Bring ourselves back to our awareness,

Understand what's happening in our mind and within our feelings.

When I look into your eyes,

I see what I feel for a moment.

I see what I felt in the past.

I feel what I need in the future.

But I'm not taking time to allow the color of your soul to show me your needs.

So much of our time is spent wondering what someone else is thinking,

Why they do what they do,

Wanting more from them when the true gift comes from the connection within ourselves.

I feel content in my body.

I feel comfortable in my skin.

I feel love for my family.

I feel grateful for my friends.

I feel longing for the wonderment of tomorrow.

I feel the joy for days gone by.

I feel the connection to my wisdom.

I feel settled in my soul.

I feel thankful for my life.

Wherever you are in this moment,

I hope this gentle pause can allow you to shift today into a greater tomorrow.
