It takes practice - so here is your practice! And over time, you will notice your inner and outer worlds change for for the better. Isn't it time that you moved forward with yourself? Enjoy this positive space - given by you and for you and for your growth, healing and happiness.

Hello my friend,

Taking a space to have a positive dialogue with yourself with intention maybe at the start of the day or any time of the day is such a game changer because we know that our internal dialogue,

Those conversations we're always having with ourselves have a huge impact on how we feel and what's happening to us in our lives and most of us want to feel good.

Personally I don't want to have the quality of my day dictated to me by a negative inner voice.

So as you enter this space go ahead and take a moment to acknowledge the power of what you're about to do.

This is such a good choice,

It's a positive choice.

You're not just starting your day or coming back to yourself for a moment,

You're resetting the tone for a more positive and empowered way of being.

So let's begin.

Find your spot and your space and get comfortable and see if you can take a posture that allows a feeling of confidence.

Maybe you're a little hunched,

Maybe you can lift your heart,

Your sternum.

Holding steady,

Taking a big breath in and then releasing it completely.

Feeling old stale energy,

Old self-treatment just dissolve and flow away.

And again intentionally taking that big breath of fresh new energy into your body and then as you exhale,

Sense that anything you may have been holding against yourself is dissolving away,

Leaving your space.

And then just let your breath be what it is,

Just feeling that fresh air flowing in as a real reminder that there's always a space in us for something new to move in.

And it only takes a moment to change the way we speak to ourselves,

To be guided by a higher love and wisdom.

So now perhaps you can take a hand to your heart,

Sitting up nice and tall.

And as you feel your breath weaving all the parts of you in your body,

Feel your wholeness and how each part of you contributes to that wholeness.

Your strengths,

Your vulnerabilities and your dreams and your potential and that they can all be embraced right now.

And now from this place you can begin to speak to yourself and as you do so,

Feel that you're speaking directly to your innermost self.

Feel the sincerity behind the words.

And even if you encounter a little resistance,

Can you still allow yourself to experience that feeling,

That sincerity?

As you say these words out loud or to yourself,

I now create a safe and loving space within myself.

I see my inner critic fading away,

Replaced by a loving and supportive presence.

I allow my inner voice to be a source of strength,

Wisdom and encouragement.

I choose to speak to myself with love,

Respect and understanding.

I choose to listen to myself with kindness and encouragement.

I intend to cultivate a positive and empowering inner dialogue.

I am committed to nurturing a compassionate relationship with myself.

And I choose to take delight in being me.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Feel the power of the words fully entering your being.

And imagine each loving thought sinking into every cell of your body.

You're now ready to face the next moment with this kind and supportive empowering inner voice guiding you.

Remember you are a beautiful complex being with infinite depth and possibility.

And your inner energies are always singing your own unique song.

Being with this deep knowing.

As you take some final breaths here,

Feel yourself becoming more integrated and more complete.

More free to be yourself and live life in harmony with yourself.

As you finish here,

You can say these words to yourself.

I thank and honor myself for spending this time.

I trust and honor my journey.

And I choose to trust and honor myself.

And then take a big breath in and a big smiling breath out.

And I send all my wishes to you as you go forward.

Keep speaking to yourself well,

My friend,

And discover the amazing things that happen when you do.

This was such a simple but powerful exercise. To take these small moments and use them as building blocks for confidence adds up. As always, your voice adds a soothing tone to allow me to really find that place of peace to have the meditation truly sink in
