Each breath I take is full of strength. I belong in this body, In this life, In this moment. The world around me is alive, Supportive and open. My body is strong. My mind is clear. My heart is calm. I trust the rhythm of life to guide me. I move through my day with confidence and ease. The earth carries me, Sustains me and connects me to all that is. I am at home within myself. I am safe.
