Welcome.

Today's intentional guided meditation will help to balance your third chakra,

Bring in energy and focus,

Whether this is the beginning,

Mid,

Or even later part of your day.

This practice is designed to help you create action,

Purpose,

And goals.

Begin by creating a comfortable space for you to draw focus and awareness of your inward self,

Sitting comfortably but alert with a proud chest,

Drawing a long spine as you sit tall in your seat,

Feeling the equal of opposition between drawing down into your sit bones and lengthening upward to the crown of your head.

From this center point,

Your third chakra pulls you back in,

Bringing you into this space of now.

Let your breath settle in to your solar plexus,

Bringing your awareness to your third chakra point that lives in the space below your heart and above your belly button.

If it's helpful,

You can bring one palm to your belly,

And maybe even one hand to your low back.

Take a moment to sit taller from this space.

And as you feel your breath expanding as you inhale,

Deflating your body as you exhale,

Create a little bit more intention behind your breathing.

Feel the connection to the inhale,

Drawing in a purpose of breathing in what you need most today,

And the exhale releasing what no longer serves.

Just begin to notice how you feel in your center.

Right here,

The center of you,

The seat of your soul and deepest desires.

There's no wrong or right.

You're allowing yourself to attune by sitting still and creating this space that only you can create for yourself.

You can begin to practice acceptance of what needs to be known,

Heard,

Seen and felt.

Begin to visualize or connect to the color of yellow in your mind's eye.

Notice any form or shape,

Texture or tone that lives within this color of yellow.

As if your breath can become this color of yellow,

Start to visualize directing your breath deep down into your belly,

Into your solar plexus as you inhale,

Pulling that breath in.

And then seeing that yellow colored breath move right back out of your body and into the world around you.

And then start to notice your breath moving down into your body and bringing awareness back into your third chakra,

Manipura.

Begin to visualize a spinning wheel or disc.

It might even look like sun,

A ball,

A perfect circle,

Or maybe it's a little bit more abstract.

It's right for you.

Don't get too caught up in the details.

And if you don't visualize the color or the shape,

That's OK,

Too.

Connect to it in your mind's eye.

Start to create an essence or notice an essence of fire lighting up this beautiful yellow energy,

This ball of energy that lives within you right in your gut.

Third chakra activates metabolism,

Digestion,

A simulation of information,

Mental activity.

It helps boost your immune system,

Regulate your temperature.

And builds a beautiful balance between fire and water.

Transformation.

As you honor yourself today.

Begin by honoring something that you truly love,

Appreciate or respect about yourself today right now.

Go ahead and let yourself breathe that in.

Let it build back up the confidence that's already within you.

And as you begin to empower yourself.

Seeing this beautiful spinning wheel of yellow color,

Fire and water energy continuing to move in a circular pattern.

It may take different form or shape.

Start to set a particular intention for your day.

What is it that you'd like to accomplish,

Experience,

Create,

Be a part of?

Begin or maybe even complete.

It is from this intention space,

From your deep seat of your soul,

Your deepest desires,

You can create action,

Purpose and achieve your goals.

Take a moment to just breathe in to the spinning wheel of energy,

Of pure potentiality.

Notice the breath as it comes in.

Notice the breath as it exits.

Once again,

Reminding yourself that you are breathing in everything that you need for today.

And breathing out what is no longer needed.

And from this space of intention,

Create one focus.

How will you create action around your intention today?

Visualize this.

What does it look like?

What does it feel like?

And from this space of action,

You begin to create purpose for your day.

Your why behind what you're doing.

The choices that you're making.

This purpose allows to shift the paradigm of your mind from a space of I have to.

To a space of I choose to.

I choose my intention.

I choose my actions.

I choose to live with purpose.

And I choose to achieve my goals.

With this one focus intention.

Creating action and purpose.

Think of a goal.

That you'd like to continue working towards.

Maybe complete today.

Or begin.

Bring the breath into this goal.

Visualize the action.

What will it take to accomplish this goal?

To be successful.

To move and live intentionally.

Begin to breathe the breath back into the spinning wheel.

This beautiful yellow tone.

Noticing how this spinning wheel is moving within you slow or fast.

There's no right or wrong.

Just observe.

And then start to build this wheel of energy bigger into your day.

So on your next inhale,

You can feel the warmth of this energy at the center of you.

Your next exhale,

You're sending that warmth and energy back out into the world around you.

And as soon as you're done exhaling,

The inhale pulls that energy back into you.

Once you got what you need,

Now you can share and exhale it back out into the world.

Inhale that yellow beautiful fire water energy back in.

Exhale it back out into the world around you and see this circle getting bigger and bigger like ripples in a water.

Moving out.

Moving in.

Or visualizing the energy of the sun getting bigger.

Moving out.

Moving in.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

As we complete this intentional setting.

Starting to draw your awareness back into your physical body.

Maybe your hands are still connected to your solar plexus or go ahead and invite both hands over your belly.

Feel this next inhale.

Feel this next exhale.

Breathing into your intention.

Creating space for yourself.

To go out into this day and live your best life.
