Take a deep breath and give yourself gratitude for showing up and making time to appreciate your life in this moment.
Gratitude is the key to happiness.
Creating a regular gratitude practice as a habit will bring more positivity,
Compassion,
And kindness into your life.
Studies show people who take time to notice and reflect on the things they appreciate have better sleep,
Feel more alive,
And even have stronger immune systems.
So wherever you are right now,
Get even more comfortable.
Relax and pay attention to how you are supported under your seat.
Bring into yourself that feeling of gratitude for the support beneath you.
Breathe deeply and fully into your belly,
Following your breath,
And bring all of yourself into the present moment.
To be grateful is to accept,
Appreciate,
And love what is present with freedom.
So we're going to just follow the breath for a moment,
Accepting its depth and speed just as it is.
Appreciate the spirit of air as it fills your lungs with life.
Next,
Extend your gratitude to your body.
Appreciate the complexity and inner workings that bring you life.
Life accepts you just as you are.
Can you accept you for who you are?
Look back into your life and see how far you've grown,
How much you've learned,
And appreciate where your journey has taken you thus far.
Breathing now with your attention on the flow,
Allowing divine flow to carry air into your beautiful body.
And imagine that you're inviting blessings into your body,
Into your life.
The energy of blessings feels like flow and wonder and good things happening for good reason.
Feel the openness to receive blessings from the universe just pouring down over you.
You will be grateful when those blessings show themselves in your life.
Be grateful for them now as you energetically feel the sparkly radiance of divine source pouring blessings down into your life.
Open your heart to receive with appreciation and gratitude that with your open heart,
You can allow that flow of magic into your life.
The magic of the universe is all around you.
With each breath,
Feel the flow,
Allow the blessings to flow into your body.

Softening into your heart center,
Feeling that openness of gratitude,
Open to the energy that is in all things.
What's in nature,
The energy within ourselves.
Know that when you look for beauty,
You will find it with an open heart and an open mind.
Imagine something beautiful to you.
Anything that comes to mind might be a flower or a vista or a beloved.
Allow your whole being to appreciate the beauty of that which comes to you.
You might remember the sunshine sparkling through the trees or maybe a sunset radiant with color.
Fill yourself up with memories of beauty.
The beauty from your life,
The beauty that's all around.
Let these memories of beauty flood your cells with happiness and put a smile on your face.
Remember what it feels like to see the world with childlike wonder and curiosity.
What a beautiful and wonderful world do you get to experience today?
And remember to practice love to whatever comes into your heart or mind,
Have compassion.
If you feel thoughts that are not of gratitude and say thank you to your mind,
Say thank you to your thoughts.
Bring love to yourself,
Connecting with your ability to love.
Do you love the beach,
Chocolate or ice cream,
Fresh fruit like cold watermelon on a hot day?
The vision of multicolored leaves in autumn falling from the trees.
Fill yourself up with that feeling of love and direct that love back to yourself.
What aspects of yourself do you truly love?
What is something that makes you uniquely you?
Tapping in to the gratitude of a skill you've developed,
A talent you have or something kind that you've done that you can appreciate yourself for and send that love back to yourself.
Can you feel it?
Can you feel the love and embrace the uniqueness of you?
Feeling that energy in your chest and your heart center,
Expand the vibration of love out from your heart,
Feeling a wellspring of light flowing from your soul center.
You are your divine source.
It comes from within.
Feel your being as pure love.
Extend love to yourself for being a gift of light in this world.
Live the world for offering you opportunity to experience joy and beauty as well as the challenges that shaped us and help us grow.
Extend your love out into each day for the endless opportunities to be and experience your life.
Send love out to your teachers and loved ones who have helped you along your path.
Send love and gratitude to nature and Mother Earth for providing good food and clean water,
Grateful for your health.
Appreciate the comforts of your life and the blessings of each day.
Repeat after me to yourself or out loud.
I am grateful for this moment.
I am grateful for the experience of life.
I'm grateful for the water I drink.
I'm grateful for the food that nourishes me.
I am grateful for all that I receive.
My life is blessed and I am so grateful.
I surrender all my fears and choose joy.

Soak in the moment.
Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.
Consider the deliciousness of life today.
We attract more of what we are grateful for.
Notice new things each day to appreciate and be grateful for.
