Alicia Love here to guide you through a radiant rainbow chakra meditation.
So I invite you to get comfortable sitting or lying down and feel the support underneath you.
I really want you to feel into your body and shift back and forth and settle into a really nice and comfortable position.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Taking a deep breath,
Feeling the air in your lungs and your chest falling.
Again,
Breathing,
Feeling the fullness of each breath and allowing your energy to let go with each exhale.
With each inhale,
Feeling the energy of life entering your body.
And with each exhale,
Releasing and letting go of everything you're ready to release and let go of.
Relax your shoulders.
Allow your scalp and face to relax,
Your jaw and your ears,
Your neck.
Breathing and relaxing with each breath,
Releasing a little more,
Deeper into relaxation.
Relax your back.
Feel your muscles let go and soften.
I invite you to turn your attention inward with each breath,
Focusing inside the quietness within.
Feel your heartbeat,
The movement of blood pulsing through your body,
The rhythmic breathing,
The rise and fall of your chest.
Breathing and noticing where your body feels tension,
Letting go,
Imagining that release.
Depending now on your support underneath your root,
Your sacrum,
If you're sitting,
You can feel your sitz bones and the pressure and the support lifting you up.
Feel that contact,
The weight of your body.
If you're lying down,
It might be your whole back,
The weight of your body,
Every point that it touches.
Bringing that focus down into that root chakra area around your sacrum.
Imagine now that like a tree trunk,
The base of your body is reaching downward,
Connecting to the energy of the earth,
Like roots growing,
Imagining roots growing out of your sacrum.
Deep down into the earth through the layers of soil,
Rock,
Energetically going deeper and deeper,
Really grounding this experience,
Breathing in,
Growing deeper,
Exhaling and allowing to relax deeper.
We're going to begin by drawing up energy from those roots,
Bringing the energy of Mother Earth up into your first chakra.
This chakra energy center is represented by the color red.
So imagine as the energy comes to fill up this chakra that you see red swirling in this part of your body,
Filling you,
Energizing you,
Grounding you and connecting you to Mother Earth.
With each breath,
You draw up more of that beautiful,
Rich red energy and you exhale with a breath of allowing.
Bringing that energy up now into your second chakra.
Here we're activating the color orange and filling our sexual organs with this color and this energy,
Allowing it to nourish your organs,
Energize,
Nurture,
Fulfill,
Breathing in that energy,
Imagining the orange color swirling,
Filling you,
Nourishing you,
Energizing you.
This is an energy of sensuality and pleasure,
Enjoyment,
Nurturing.
Taking another deep breath,
Draw that energy up.
Imagine from those roots up through your root chakra into the second and up to the third,
Where we activate the color of yellow in this rainbow that is our energy system.
Filling up the center of our body above our belly button that is our will,
Our desire,
Our power,
Our knowing.
You can see that yellow color nourishing and filling that chakra,
Your whole belly like a glowing sun.
Releasing that energy,
Healing your feelings of self-worth,
Empowering your action in the world and releasing and letting go on an exhale anything that doesn't serve you.
You are now ready to let go of lack or self-doubt.
This chakra is your power center and you're filling it with beautiful energy up from the earth and activating it through your chakra system to feel your full willpower,
Self-empowered.
We're going to take that energy and draw it up into our hearts where we can empower ourselves with self-love.
The color of your heart chakra is green and that beautiful rich luscious green like the jungle or the forest is just so fulfilling and nourishing and loving.
With each inhale,
You draw the energy up and activate your heart.
And with every exhale,
You release and let go of any self-doubt that you are,
You know you are a radiant being of love here on this planet to be love,
Unconditional love.
And you have the support of the earth and these earthly chakras below being your support to really fully radiate all of who you are from your heart.
Breathing and nourishing,
Allowing and growing this beautiful heart flower of energy swirling.
See this glowing green and the most beautiful emerald color.
And I want you to sit with this pool of energy in your heart like you could swim in it.
It's so delicious.
And now I want you to activate a waterfall of light above your head because the upper three chakras are fed from above.
And this beautiful radiant white light sparkly rainbow colored waterfall of energy is pouring down on you,
Filling your crown chakra with so much beautiful radiant loving light.
You're filling this purple chakra on the top of your head with the most glorious energy,
Pure angelic,
Divine spiritual light pouring down into you.
And as it pours down,
You can activate your third eye in the middle of your forehead.
Activate that beautiful purple color in your third eye.
It's where we envision our future and see with clarity what we need to see,
What we're ready to see.
As this beautiful energy drops down through your crown and into your third eye,
You feel this sense of clarity and light radiating from your forehead out forward to see,
To know still holding the energy from the lower chakras and this pool of green beautiful light in your heart.
Draw down that radiant energy from above into your throat,
Through your crown,
Through your third eye,
Activating the power of speech in this blue chakra in your throat,
Your ability to speak with wisdom,
With clarity,
Your ability to focus your vibration on positivity and truth.
And as you pull down these beautiful energies from the heavens above,
You are anchoring spirit here on earth.
And once that pours down into your heart,
You feel a sense of wholeness and activation and blessing.
The beautiful rainbow is complete and connected and aligned within you.
Can feel the flow coming down and drawing up and circling around your heart.
You are a light being who is made of earth and your heart center is that middle point between above and below.
You walk in the world as both,
The duality of getting to have and have not wholeness and individualization.
You are a radiant being.
Breathe in that knowing.
Feel every chakra alive with energy and flow through this pillar connection as above,
