Transcript

Welcome beautiful soul to this five minute centering in the now meditation.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Inhale through the nose and exhale letting go,

Releasing,

Relaxing.

Following your breath,

Feel the air as you inhale slowly and fully.

Breathe deeply.

Inhaling and exhaling,

Following the rise and fall of your chest.

Breathing in the now,

Centering inside your being.

Feel your feet rooted into the floor and notice the connection you have to the earth.

Breathe in,

Drawing energy up from the earth and breathe out letting go of any stress or tension you feel.

Imagine you have tree roots growing down through your feet anchoring you here and now in the present moment.

Breathing in the energy of the earth,

Feel it travel up into your belly,

Into your heart center.

Feeling the center of your being calm and anchored into the earth.

Breathing fully,

Swaying with your breath.

Imagine and feel a wave of relaxation flowing through you as you inhale and exhale.

When you breathe in,

Imagine calming,

Quieting energy entering your body and when you breathe out,

Release anything and everything that is not happening right now.

Release the past and release the future and just focus on your next breath.

Feeling the air as it passes through your nostrils,

Filling your chest.

When you exhale,

Let your shoulders relax.

Feel your forehead soften,

Your eye muscles release.

Let your jaw soften.

Feel a wave of relaxation releasing into the present moment with your breath.

As you draw up the energy from the earth through your feet and you center in to your heart and to your belly.

Feeling the flow,

Feeling the now.

Remember you have this centered calm place within you anywhere and everywhere you go today.

Feel confident that you can get back to this moment at any point that you need by just following your breath,

Feeling your feet and knowing this calm place within you is always there.
