Welcome to this Yoga Nidra that helps you connect to the radiance of your heart.
That helps you to let your energy be replenished by resting in the flow of love.
Start by making sure that you lay down comfortably.
So rest your body down in such a way that you could remain in stillness.
Let's release the need to fidget and move throughout practice,
As this will really help you to lend deeper into your yoga nidra practice.
So in this comfortable form of the body Let's allow the eyes to softly close if you haven't done so yet.
Now feel where your body touches the surface underneath you.
And allow these points of contact to soften as you allow the body to sink into the ground a little deeper.
Body softening down,
Weighing down.
Gentle release of the body into the present moment as you let go of any sense of doing.
As you enter into a state of receiving.
Receiving the words I'm saying.
Receiving the sensations within your body.
The energies flowing through you.
Receiving your soft breath.
The continuous cycle of rising and falling of your respiration.
Noticing the calming quality of your gentle breath and with the breath as well.
We let go of any doing.
Instead,
Stepping into receiving the breath.
Allow the body to breathe itself.
And just observe its natural flow.
Now with that same sense of receiving We'll be rotating our loving awareness through different parts of our body.
No doing.
Just sensing and observing.
With a loving space of awareness.
Starting in the right thumb.
Index finger.
Middle finger.
Ring finger.
Little thing.
Spaces in between the fingers.
The palm of the right hand.
Back of the head.
Rest.
Forearm.
Elbow.
Upper arm.
Shoulder.
Armpits.
Right side of the chest.
Right ways.
Upper leg.
Knee.
Lower leg.
Ankle.
Heal.
Sole of the foot.
Top of the foot.
All five toes of the right foot.
Tips of the toes.
Whole right side of the body.
Whole right hemisphere of the body captured within your loving awareness.
Love them.
Index finger.
Middle finger.
Ring finger.
Little finger spaces in between the fingers.
Palm of the left hand.
Back of the head Rest.
Forearm.
Left elbow.
Upper arm.
Shoulder.
Armpit left side of the chest.
Always.
The left hip.
Upper leg.
Knee.

Now feeling the whole body within the space of your loving awareness.

Center of the eyebrows.
Whole forehead.
Right temple.
Left temple.
Right eye in its eye socket.
And left eye within its eye socket.
Center of the eyebrow.
Middle of the forehead.
Crown of the head.
Back of the head touching the surface beneath.
Back of the whole neck.
Both shoulder blades.
The middle back.
And the lower back.
Back of the right leg,
Back of the left leg.
Whole right arm.
Whole left arm.
Whole right leg and whole left arm.

And whole right arm.
Feeling the whole body again.
Edwin.
From crown of head to tips of toes,
Completely filled and covered.
By your loving awareness.
Lovingly embracing the whole body with your presence.
Selfly aware.
And fully present.
With all that's here,
Within and around the body.
Now gently gather all awareness,
Your full presence within the crown of hands.
And while resting there.
Starting to connect to the natural flow of your breath.
Releasing any urge to control the breath.
As we simply follow its natural flow.
Inhalation.

Followed by exhalation.
Body breathing itself.
So only when the next inhalation comes naturally to you.
We follow the flow of energy led by your breath.
From the crown of head into the center of your head as you inhale.
Now as you exhale energy moves from the center of head into the center of the heart.
And we continue that cycle.
So with each inhale you feel energy move from the crown of head to center of the head.
As you exhale from the center of the head into the heart space.
Inhalation followed by exhalation.
Each breath cycle,
Filling the heart with beautiful,
Clear,
New energy.
Filtered by the crown and the center of your head.
Keep moving energy like this.
Softly reawakening the connection with our heart by nourishing it with our breath awareness.
Keep moving breath from crown of head,
Center of head,
Into the heart.
Feel the awakening of the pulsating quality of your radiant heart.
Let that radiance expand with each breath cycle.
Radiance grows as you let your energy flow with breath.
Feel into the whole body again.
The body so deeply relaxed.
That it feels like it's floating on air.
Letting go deeper and deeper into the magic of the present moment.
As you remain completely aware.
Of the whole body.
Still noticing.
The radiant quality of the heart.
As you gather your full awareness into this luminous heart space.
The energetic heart,
Just below the middle of the chest bone.
Such a potent place.
From here we connect first with ourselves.
And from there with others.
Feel your awareness lending into this entry point of connection to the flow of unconditional love It is our birthright to remember that unconditional love.
Always.
In a moment on your next seven breaths.
You will allow awareness to sink deeper into this potent place of the heart.
Every exhale.
Will let you lend a level deeper.
Into that loving heart portal.
Let my counting guide the rhythm of your breath.

Landing into the deepest truth of the heart.
Sensing the flow of deep love and gratitude.
That comes naturally with inhabiting the depth of your heart.
Being here so consciously reminds you to choose love over fear.
Over and over.
It reminds you to have the courage to choose beyond your habitual inclinations.
Invite a feeling.
Of what it feels like.
To live from your heart.
Let the whole body be filled with what it feels like to live from your heart.
The feeling of being guided by the heart space.
What is the quality of that way of living?
How does that feel?
Feeling it intuitively.
The body remembers this.
Let this serve as an imprint.
That will unconsciously steer your choices and your responses.
Feel the body absorbed in this feeling of heart guided living.
Let the rational mind dissolve into the background as it is not needed in this moment.
Logical thinking and analyzing are not needed for the guidance by the heart.
Instead be aware of the feeling of this state.
Aware of the vibration at which that happens.
And while bathing in the energy of this state We encapsulate a living truth in our hearts.
By repeating mentally.
I am unconditional love.
Letting the energetic signature of those words flow through your whole system.
Remember that you are loved.
Always.
And if you ever forget,
It is just a breath away.
Drifting into this deep loving truth.
Of full surrender.
Into the loving embrace.
Of pure presence.
Now start to feel the ground underneath you again Feel the solidity of your body.
As you start to feel the whole form of the body again.
Sense of groundedness.
Within the body.
Groundedness of breath.
As you softly allow the breath to deepen again.
And letting that be a signal to the body.
To gently start to come back.
Into a more wakeful state of being.
But feel how you can still remain in that beautiful,
Loving quality that we generated in this practice.
You can still linger in that.
As we very slowly start to bring a little bit of movement back.
Starting with just fingers and toes.
Feeling both grounded.
And still deeply relaxed.

Gently coming back as you prepare yourself.
To move back into your day.
